Subway — Restaurant in Willard

This is a review of the Subway in Flying J. They need better workers. The kid took his time to ask what I would like, and then got made the wrong sandwich. I asked for a BLT, and he started making a BMT. When I saw it, I said I asked for a BLT (which was the 4th time I said it, for some reason he acted like he could not hear anything I said). He was like, "Oh..." and waited for my response. So I tried to be nice and said, "that's fine. Are they the same price?" He said, "Ummm I think so." Are you serious? You work here and you don't know? And couldn't you check? And of course the BMT was more expensive than the BLT. He did nothing to acknowledge the fact that he screwed up multiple times in one order. Not even a pretended-to-care "sorry". Such a simple job and you can't even do it right or take it seriously. Please, hire...

Not happy! The food was bland and they tried to skimp out on all the extras on my sandwich. It was bland and tasteless and over priced! While I was there they kept pressuring to get me to buy more and shot the price up by $6.00. There was no syrup in the fountain drinks, making my drink just as flavorless as the food. One of the guys at the counter was even picking his ears with gloves on and touching the ingredients! When they rang me up they refused to take my gift card as payment, which was the whole reason I went. What a terrible experience. Subway is Subway is Subway. That's how I like it. You've seen one, you've seen them all. Predictable choices and delicious sandwiches. Perhaps the tuna doesn't contain any tuna, but it still tastes good (try it!) and the foot-longs were only 11 inches until they got called out and fixed it.

My fav is the Chicken bacon ranch with some Chipotle sauce on it. I like jalapenos, but I'm not a super spicy fan... so I usually ask for 3 and put them all on one end, please. I always forget which end, so sometimes the sandwich is all regular and then Bam! Mouthful of medium fire. Other times, it starts out spicy and gets more mellow as the bites go...
