Generally the food is ok here, but over the past several of months it has gone very downhill. -The tracker will stay at the 'quality check' stage for more than 20 mins and then finally change about a minute before the food is delivered, often cold and more than 1 hour after placing the order. -The majority of the time when I order dipping sauce it's not delivered, which shouldn't be a big deal but at close to $1 a cup it adds up very quickly. -Whenever I order a sandwich with chicken on it there is only one measly little chunk for the entire sandwich. I ordered extra chicken for the sandwich tonight and what I got was the amount that you should normally expect for the sandwich, not 'extra'. So I paid $2 more for the amount of chicken that I should have gotten anyway and that I was getting about 6 months ago. -Whenever I go to leave bad feedback on the website or the app it will say that an error has occurred or just not have the button available to hit send or it will say that I can't leave a comment yet since I haven't gotten my food, but the tracker is all the way to the delivered section. Pizza tastes great still, but you can't order the Manager's special 7.99 (3 topping) or the phone specials with bread $14.99 The price for 2 topping was 10.99 and 3 toppings 12.99. Fine. I wanted to spent $24 or so...so I got 2 2 topping and may never try your bread sticks. I want to feel like I was special. Also they lost the pizza for 10 minutes after completion, because computer operator was new...(a driver found them & brought them to me while operations were remaking them), so they didn't stay fresh very long. Again, one doesn't feel special, but I'm glad your computer tracks really well. I suspect your materials are 10% of sales price, so inventory shouldn't be your #1 concern. Just wanted to make sure they got my order and make sure everything was good since, evidently, the website had glitched. The manager just argued with me and told me there was nothing he could do and to call my credit card company. No offer to look into it, no offer to take the order over the phone, no acknowledgment that there may have been an issue on the Domino’s end. Just nope, call your card company.
