Starbucks — Restaurant in Williams

Hello, I hate to be that person but this is what happened honestly. I come into this starbucks regularly and they mess my drinks up constantly usally i just deal with it but time it really aggervated me I came in and ordered two drinks one a little different and a super basic one. I told the lady about it and didn't ask for it to get remade or a refund. I then came in again 2 days later and told an employee what happened and he said that he would make sure they were made correctly. They made the drinks super fast and I was super excited. Long story short they were both made wrong again. This time I brought one in and told them, the lady insited I get it made again but I just wanted a refund. I just trashed my drink because I didn't want it to be a hassle for me to bring mine in as well. I haven't had and experience with Starbuck like this before. I have been to this Starbucks 3 times. One experience there I had great service was acknowledge and my drink was perfect. Since then I went 2 more times the second time I wasn't so lucky I stood at the cash register for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Once acknowledged I ordered a white mocha frap. I got an iced chocolate drink. I tried to get there attention to tell them it was wrong but no person would acknowledge me. So I walked out and gave the drink to my friend. The 3rd time was even worse, I stood in line with my friend for 20 minutes never got acknowledged with 4 people staring at us. One of the baristas came out of the back room and said I'm sorry how can I help you. It took another 20 minutes just order our drinks and pay then we waited about 15 more minutes to get our drinks which weren't right. This is probably the worse Starbucks I have ever been too and won't be...

The main thing is that I specifically requested NO DAIRY on an iced Lavender Matcha oatmik latte... and the itching throat within minutes of sipping it let me know that they used dairy whipped cream. I now am experiencing severe gastrointestinal distress.

The workers were polite, but it was busy so I should have reiterated more clearly that I have a dairy allergy.

Here's the thing: WHY, Starbucks, why, are you creating oatmilk drinks with dairy whipped cream? I'm not vegan, but they wouldn't like that either. For me, it's an actual medical problem. Oatmilk doesn't taste as good as dairy, so there's no reason to feature it in drinks except for those of us who cannot consume cow milk for whatever reason.
