Food is MEH, nothing to write home about. They do have a very large menu which you would think is great but because of the large menu they don't do anything really well. We moved to the area just over a year ago, shortly after the move my parents and nieces came for a visit, there isn't a lot of choices for sit down restaurants in the area so this is where my husband and I took them for Sunday dinner. It was a good meal and my family enjoyed it. We started eating here every couple of weeks but it didn't take me long to realize that a lot of the items they are serving aren't made from scratch on site. In fact the majority of what they serve is cheap frozen and canned foods. There is no love going into what they are making. The last time we went I ordered a hamburger and it was disgusting. It was obviously a cheap quality frozen hamburger patty that was dry and had no flavor. On top of the bad meal there was a former county singer there performing (can't remember his name) and he had the sound up so loud that my husband and I couldn't have a conversation without screaming at each other. Not a pleasant experience he could perform without blaring the music. This is supposed to be a restaurant NOT a night club or stadium. Needless to say we haven't been back there since. We will drive into Cincinnati for dinner before...

Year 2020 Unbelievable Patty Melts I Love this place. The owner is always there very nice man.

April 2023. New owner the son took over changed the menu around and lowered the quality of burgers. This review I will only talk about the burgers since that’s what I mentioned previously. And April 3 we stopped in for lunch and I ordered my patty melt and was very disappointed. I do miss the Saratoga chips they were was very tasty. They don’t offer that anymore now it’s regular crinkle fries with no flavor. My burger was dripping with grease, which indicates a lower grade of meat, the bread was tasteless and soggy. They do not offer the marble rye w/ patty melts anymore. And the barbecue sauce was absolutely horrid. This is why I lowered my stars to two. I do hope the restaurant will start offering premium meats again breads, hand cut fries etc.

Here’s a side note, did you know when COVID-19 hit the owner himself found out the kids in our local area were not going to receive meals they were used to eating at school. He offered to feed the children in our local area at no cost he is an Amazing man. God Bless Him…

I’ve had breakfast there several times and has been fantastic. My wife enjoys the meals here as well she is not a burger person. I lowered the stars because of...

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ate here on January 7, 2023 and it has been an experience. I got the 2 egg breakfast with sausage patties and hashbrowns. Within a half hour to 12 hours of eating, I was experience acid reflex and burping stomach acid. After 12 hours, well, I'm talking toilet and trash can violent food poisoning symptoms. Couldn't keep anything in me. After 36 hours I thought I was in the clear. As an entire week passed, all I could handle eating has been apple sauce, jello, and mashed potatoes. Diarrhea has persisted and bouts of nausea. At the end of the one week, I was met with full body chills and muscle aches, fever (tested negative for covid and flu[my symptoms never included a sore throat, coughing, or congestion]) I am currently on antibiotics and have to give a sample to make sure I don't have a PARASITE now. I will be reporting.

As for the service, we had other orders for family to-go and the waitress said we should wait so the food is warm. Before we were done eating, we went to order and she said the kitchen was closed. But who knows, may have been best.

I suspect it was the sausage patties for anyone curious, I was the only one that got them and I'm the only one that got...

Our family couldn’t wait to try this restaurant out. We’ve heard such great things, and seen so many good reviews... So we decided to get breakfast this morning, and I’m guessing today wasn’t a good day. Our first thoughts were this place is adorable, and looks so family friendly. Once our food came I was disappointed, because my boys pancakes were burnt. I know I couldn’t ask for new ones, because it already took this long to get these and my kids were hungry. So I ended up cutting all the burnt off of the pancakes. Then my husband ordered the Mama’s classic, and he was pretty upset about this one because he can’t handle greasy food. His steak was covered in grease. I ordered the French Toast, and the first slice was great! Then the other two slices were hard and burnt. I honestly had more whipping topping then anything else. The waiter didn’t even come back to fill our drinks, and the only time she did come back was to give us the bill. By that time I was over being there, and just wanted to leave... we won’t come back here.

This is a COVID era review. Masks for customers required, but not enforced. Staff was masked. There was a partition between every table and booth, and at the cashier station. I had breakfast, which is served all day. Biscuits and gravy, with fluffy, most biscuits smothered in a creamy white sausage gravy. Very, very tasty. I ordered crispy bacon and they got it right. Crunchy and delicious. The menu is extensive, with multiple combinations of eggs, breakfast meet (including goetta), pancakes, and omelettes. Plenty of lunch and dinner choices as well. The breakfast I got was served very quickly by an attentive waitress.

One of the best dinners I've had in the entire tri-state area. Portions are huge, the food is excellent, the prices are phenomenal and the service is pristine. The location is very good and the interior has plenty of room for parties of all sizes. Come with an empty stomach because they do not hesitate to fill up your whole plate. They serve fresh, hot bread with a delicious cinnamon sugar butter, they have options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and specials are posted near the door which have very good value. Overall I would give this a very very generous 9.5/10 Food: 10/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service 10/10
