Dunkin' — Restaurant in Williamsburg

This used to be one of 3 where my iced coffee was perfect every time. However, my last 4 daily visits usually ordering at least 3 or 4 iced coffees all made the exact same way. Today I ordered 1 iced coffee which despite the sticker on the side was made wrong. Went back to the drive thru explained what was wrong with the coffee they made another as exactly wrong as the first. Now I'm upset two made wrong. The third time I go inside, with an attitude asked what was so difficult with full pumps of liquid sugar. This the third time now I'm standing watching and the liquid sugar is added. Finally they got it right. Took me to go inside and watch for a correct order. This is the second time I've had to do inside for them to take the time to make my coffee correctly. I get the same thing every time. A medium hot Carmel Latte. I hadn’t been feeling well and was finally better and so looking forward to this treat. It was the single worst DD drink I’ve ever gotten. I couldn’t drink it. Because of a new service provider I will be in the area on a regular basis and will never go back again. The service was slow, which I could handle if the product was worth the wait, as it sometimes is. I would drive by and see what a lovely location it was .. SO disappointed. This Dunkin' Doughnuts store has very polite and friendly employees. However, there are too many mistakes made when I purchase items from the "drive-thru". For example, the coffee, though labeled correctly, often contains ingredients other than what was ordered, hash browns are sometimes burned and cold and doughnuts aren't as tasty or look appealing as they should look. Patronized store in Northampton last weekend and items purchased were much better in appearance and taste. Also products were fresher. The Server at the window in Northampton was also pleasant...
