if it wasn’t for the workers beth & emily it would be a higher rating but they are both always rude. Beth has an attitude every time I come in. I ask for cups of ice & it’s ruins her whole day. she gets an attitude, roll her eyes, then basically throws the ice at me. Coffee I purchase after 10 am is not hot and I am tiered of having to ask for hot coffee. Why doesn’t management implement a requirement that warm coffee is never the default. Baristas should check temperature and at a minimum inform the customer before they purchase that the coffee is not hot and we can’t make fresh so that I am not telling them it’s not hot? Two times I have come here and waited, and two times I have left without coffee due to poor or absence of service (the employee had their head down on a table near by; when I walked up, they turned their head away to pretend they didn't see me, and stayed put).
