So Friday evening me and my friend Okey decided to go to this establishment. We had said many times we were going to go but had not yet went. Walking up to the restaurant it was a little confusing as to which door to enter. So we went in the second door. We got a rather strange look walking in. But shortly a server told us to have a set wherever we would like. We sat and a few minutes later a server brought us some menus and said our server Michael would be there shortly. Several minutes later Michael came to our table to take our drink order. When he took our drink order he made no eye contact and acted annoyed that he had to wait on us. When he returned with our drinks he seemed to be in a better mood. He was engaging and answered all our questions about the menu and the restaurant. Took our order and we waited. After a considerable amount of time our appetizers came out. When Michael brought them out he apologized for it taking so long. He said they were catering some event and it was causing the kitchen to be a little behind. I had lasagna bites and Okey had boneless wings. The boneless wings were good but nothing extra special. The lasagna bites were something special, delicious. The house made blue cheese dressing and ranch dressing were great. Then the wait continues for my 11” pizza and Okey’s Cobb salad. And we waited and waited and waited. We both ran out of drink and every other table on our side of the building were gone. Several of these tables came in a half hour after us and still had all there food, ate, and left. The server did come out at one point to inform us that they had no feta cheese for the salad and if Okey would mind mozzarella instead. Of course Okey was understanding and said that would be fine. Michael then informed us our food was about to come out. We then waited for 30 more minutes and still no food. I finally ask another server for our ticket that we were just ready to go. She was gone another 10 minutes and then our server Michael came out with Okey’s salad in a To Go container and my pizza in a box. He then again told us it was because of the catered event they were taking care of. That story didn’t hold water considering every other table got their food in a timely matter. He did comp my pizza and give us a 25% discount. That was far from enough to make us happy with the experience. I paid for it and we proceeded to leave. As we are walking out the door he comments, how dare we not tip him when it was the kitchens fault. Oh honey it wasn’t just the kitchens fault, you didn’t check on us, refill our drinks, or communicate with us. Okey’s salad that you made looked like trash didn’t have the avocado it was supposed to. When asked you said oh we were out of that too. The pizza you gave me for free was poorly made. All the toppings in the center of the pizza. I wouldn’t have had the balls to have served that to anyone. Your tip from me was me not informing you of how bad of a server you were. It took everything in me not to turn around when you made that rude and tasteless comment as we were leaving. So here’s another tip honey, tips are for good service and are not owed to you. So why were we treated so horribly and everyone else so well? Was it because we were gay and they were not? I don’t have the answer to those questions but it sure seemed like there was some reason we couldn’t get served there. But one thing I do know. I will never go in that...

Read moreIf you order online for delivery; they've been increasingly becoming late on deliveries by over a hour to their website estimate - as well, I've not gotten my complete order repetitively to where they don't bring all of my order (this has happened the past 5 times I've ordered delivery). When I ask them to check the order before coming on my delivery instructions because it's such an issue - it's not good when you order two kids spaghetti meals & one of your kid gets their meal but the other doesn't (then you got to re-wait the whole delivery process). Would recommend to go dine-in or pick-up, because the delivery system is busted for this restaurant, especially of late. As well, eventually the food gets to you cold, then have to warm it up when it...
