Chef's Hat — Restaurant in Williamstown

I usually Never give under 5 stars but!!!! The wait was about 25 minutes. I ordered Pancakes which were great. My 16 Year old daughter order 1 egg scrambled, Bacon, and Toast. Well the Bacon was good. But we asked for extremely lightly toasted toast and it was not. The waitress said they got a new toaster and it doesn't work right. Which they should have told us about in the beginning of our order process but didn't. Another waitress stated that they could get different toast and I told that waitress, How your other waitress said it was broke. Then the eggs. Wow!!! They weren't yellow and fluffy they were yellowish brown and looked to be wayyyyy over cooked. So yeah we will never go back especially for 2 people and my bill was just over 40.00 with the tip...

I will never return to this place! I strongly recommend you don’t waste time or money at this so called dinner. They got my order wrong three times! I was very nice about it until the last time I was a little frustrated at this point having already gone home and back... and the way one of the staff treated me after dealing with their mistakes was unacceptable! Boy this place went downhill fast. And I will add due to the bad choice in waitresses. I've been going there for a long, long, long time. And have also had a wonderful waitress, I believe her name is Dawn. She is one of the best waitresses Ive ever had. The last few times we were in, there were different waitress there, and the one we had was absolutely awful- left is waiting on water and menus for a 20 mins.and it wasn't busy - We will not be going back.
