Burger King — Restaurant in Willington

I got 2 of the $5 meals that come with a whopper jr. 4 chicken nuggets and small fries and small drink. I asked for cheese on the burger and they charged me $2 for a piece of cheese!! I repeated several times that I didn't want pickles or onions but still got them anyway. There was also an obscene amount of mayo on the burger. Asked if I could get a milkshake instead of the soda and paid another $2.59 for that I expected the upcharge for the shake but when I got it the cup was only 3/4 full and no whipped cream because they didn't have any. Nothing was hot just lukewarm and the fries were soggy with grease and undercooked. Had to walk all the way back across the huge parking lot because there was no sauce for the nuggets or napkins in the bag and I asked if both were in the bag before I left and was told they were. So two $5 meals wound up being almost $30 and most of it was inedible. We may have to stay at that truckstop again if we're delivering in that area but I won't be spending any of my money at that...

I went through drive through around 14:30 on 7-21-23 I asked for chicken fries and cries to be fresh had to keep repeating my order over and over again. The workers need to listen better the customers more instead of them having to repeat the order over 3 or 4 times. My break was over so I left the line. I let them know they would have to come outside to get my money as my break was over finally a worker came outside by the name of April and asked if I had a problem? I asked her if they were going to bring me out my food and she said no we don't chase anyone.She was very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't have very good customer service skills. I hope something is done to address...

Not happy at all with this location.

Staff is friendly, I don't put this on them.

That being said... you're unable to order ahead on the app to use the rewards... it does give the option to "redeem in restaurant"... however you can't! I'm told by staff that their computers are "too old" and "can't process the codes"... Are you kidding me?

My family and I travel a lot and this will never again be a stop for us when we're going in/out of CT. They charge enough to upgrade computers and yet don't? Ridiculous. $15.44 for TWO Chicken Sandwiches!!!! If I was able to utilize the app it would have been "Buy one get one free!" Disgusting and anger...
