Subway is our first choice for quick serve meals when driving OTR. Our experience at this Subway was top notch. Amanda got our sandwiches started, and definitely did her job well. As the manager, she definitely has other tasks that require her attention, and Astra quickly took over completing the order. As Ashley was taking our payment, Astra quickly acknowledged the customer next in line, and took the time to not only wash her hands, but also to change the gloves for new ones. the man that works really late at night into the early morning hours is extremely unprofessional. he has a habit of talking over the food unnecessarily. and i always notice small droplets of saliva flying from his mouth. so i politely told him not to take it personally but i'd prefer that he didn't talk over my food for obvious reasons. he became upset and overly dramatic about it and threw my sandwich into the trash can and refused my service. to react that way and become that emotional in response to a hygienic concern is...

What a joke. Tried to order through the app because we had a coupon. It wouldn't let you order here. Asked the guy at the counter if they would take the coupon code since the app wouldn't, he stated they aren't affiliated with Subway. How can you be a Subway, but not affiliated with them.
