Hardee's — Restaurant in Williston

After placing a simple order one cheeseburger, one medium fry, three blueberry biscuits and two drinks. After waiting 25 minutes for three biscuits to cook I was brought chicken tenders and medium fry I took it back in and told them they were wrong. I told him what I was missing and he proceeded to bag one cheeseburger and one medium fry and one blueberry biscuit, and proceeded to hand it back to me with the other bag that I told him was wrong and told me to have a nice day the order was totally screwed and though I was quoted 13 at the order sign I paid 17 at the window Hardee's needs to fire everyone and start over my order has been complete maybe twice out of 12 times and the prices are always different someone needs to build a McDonald's here that would solve the problem. iT is now december 6th . I have let a few times go, but today after ordering 1 plain big cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger, and a medium fry. I got both cheeseburgers fully loaded and no fry. Just shut the place down until you can get things right. Russells is about to get a little busier. YES WENT BY RUSSELLS TODAY AND GOT THE ORDER I PLACED. AGAIN, HARDEES, FRIES THIS TIME LEFT OUT. ...

I love Hardee’s But this one has continuously gave poor customer service, along with their very long drive through lines, Even when there is nobody else in the drive-through. I have to pull up every time when there is no other customers. What are they doing in there? Is this a Hardee’s? Did they have to kill the food before they cook it? I pulled up to get a drink one day and I had to pull up to the line! And then when They leave stuff out of your bag, you call up and talk to the manager who is rude to you and they make you look stupid for THEM getting your order wrong.... if you do go to this Hardee’s make sure you check your food before you leave, and don’t stop here if you are in any kind of rush or on a time limit, don’t waste your lunch hour or 30 minutes going here, because you’ll be late for work and not have the correct food . I have continuously gave this hardees many chances because they are in my neighborhood, and I thought it was maybe a manager problem and it would resolve overtime, but they just keep getting worse! What is going on? Get it together before they shut this franchise...

The chicken tenders (three piece meal) were really really tiny. When we received our drinks, the woman at the window rushed us trying to shove our food at us, not even giving us time to put the drinks down first, even while no one was behind us. Upon opening the bag, (after we had already left) I realized they hadn't thrown any napkins in there AND they forgot the honey mustard. We had to make a U-turn at the circle-k and when we went back to go get our sauce, we pulled back up to the window and said very politely, "Hi, um, we didn't get our honey mustard" and the lady at the window didn't apologize or anything. She just grabbed the honey mustard and limply handed it out the window. No "I'm sorry" or "here you go, sir". Rude. Just plain rude. Oh, and did I mention? The fries were cold. That's all I have to say for now, but I hope my review helped you pick your choice for choosing the Hardee's in Williston or...
