I am here eating right now. The owner is cleaning tables and sat with me for a minute. He answered questions for me when I did not understand what something was. Last time I ate here the red sauce was too spicy. This time I have the green sauce with a shredded beef burrito. This burrito taste like heaven. I love local restaurants and local ownership. The brief way I would describe this one is that it is a local diner but mexican food. It's not gonna be fancy or have interesting quirks to create some unique experience. Its plates are delicious, the staff hustles to meet your needs, and the price is cheap (cheap by today's standards and food prices). The plate I had was an Asada dish with beef. Whether you're getting the enchiladas Weber's rancheros or just a burrito all of the food here is top notch and tastes great. It's a cozy little place on the corner and easy to get in and out of. The wait staff is incredibly nice and professional. Having options in Williston is great but this is a cozy little family-owned style business. If you're in the mood for Mexican food you should definitely come here.
