Five Diamonds! Not stars. This restaurant is a Diamond!
We decided to try something new(to us) for our anniversary and stopped in to eat dinner at 3E Pastry Cafe. We were very impressed.
The first thing I loved when I walked in was the music they had playing. Hearing music from the same country where the food comes from is a complete experience.
We ordered the mix grill plate, a couple Turkish Teas and sodas, and finished with a slice of a coconut pie/cake and Turkish coffee. We loved everything so much, we even ordered some baklava and Turkish delight to take home. The owners are so friendly and eager to please their customers. We will definitely be returning frequently, and will be suggesting this restaurant to all of our friends.
All the meats on the mixed platter were amazing! In my mind I was in their country enjoying their food. The flatbread and sauces by themselves are enough to make you warm and happy inside. The Turkish tea has a robust, smooth, and sweet flavor.
Everything is so authentic!
What surprised me the most was the Turkish Coffee. It has a flavor that, to me, almost tastes like it was cooked over an oak campfire. We had to order a second.
I am very thankful and grateful that I was lucky enough to experience this special restaurant. It was like taking a vacation. As close as you can get to a vacation without actually traveling.
Thank you so VERY much to the owners for their kindness, and sharing with us the foods, drinks, and flavors of their country. Williston is lucky to have them. If you have the chance stop in, even if it’s just for a soda, a snack, or a treat. You will be happy.
We are blessed and fortunate to have had this experience. We look forward to going back again soon.
Thank you again 3E. God bless you, your family, and your restaurant....

Our meal at 3E was nothing short of delightful. Sidik (the owner) hosts customers as he would family -- frequently bringing us new things to try and giving my 4 year old a sweet treat for the road as we left.
After being brought complimentary Turkish tea and bread, we ordered the Signature Mix Grill, which comfortably fed our party of six, along with Sujuk Pide, hummus, and cheesecake dessert.
Sidik insisted upon a baklava sampler and Turkish ice cream -- delivering us a plate with the ice cream tucked snug in between the baklava (like a sandwich). It was DELICIOUS.
I don't know many around the country who would find themselves in Williston, but if you happen to be around the area or traveling through, this restaurant is a must, not only for the food, but for the family behind it all.
Sidik, thank you for the honor of sharing a meal at your restaurant. We left happy and filled with incredible food. You're a gift to this country and...
Read moreI had driven by this place multiple times. But today I had some time off and decided to go and check it out with my wife. Upon arrival the staff greeted us promptly and we explained we were new. They were informative of the selections and gave us a couple of samples of Baklava. (Pastries) amazing! We had never had Turkish food so decided to eat there and ordered some kebab's. (Chicken and steak) They brought us some complimentary Tea and a basket of bread before our meal. (Kinda like flat Bread or pita in texture) we didn't have to wait long and our food was out. The meat on these kebab's was so tender and favorable, the quality was absolutely incredible! It came with rice and some kind of cabbage salad that had a nice bite to it. Also the prices are reasonable to the portions. The service was good and the food was excellent. I would definitely go here again and recommend this to anyone looking for something different here in...
