3 Beans Espresso — Restaurant in Williston

I went to this place to get a carmel vanilla latte wich I have ordered for years the barista owner what ever she is offered me a carmel machiatto I told her no they are different she proceeded to tell me no they are the same and she has 10 years of experience and I am wrong.... Funny how every other barista at every other coffee shop i have ever been to knows the difference Google it they are not the same.... I dont appreciate the way I was talked to.... We drink coffee everyday your loss of a good customer... 10 year you think you would not only know how to make coffee but maybe work on your customer service...

I used to love this place, but it seems now everytime I go it's a new person and they dont seem to put my punches on my number, I give them my number and it doesnt get there. They'll tell you to message support on fb and I do. 1 time they fixed it but if it's more than 2 missing punches they just tell you "okay they're on there now"and never put them. I even followed up with them 3 times about it and they just ignore me. Spend $35 on 4 drinks (not bad price) and dont get your punches but spend $7 on 1 drink and you'll get the one punch. I have been a barista at independent drive thrus, as well as managing a Starbucks. I know espresso. I have tried every place in Williston, Watford, and all the tiny towns within 100 miles. They all pour long shots to save $ on other ingredients, and it tastes nasty. 90% of baristas in this area are grossly undertrained. I drink Americanos, literally the easiest thing to make!!
