Just moved to the area and found this place as we drove by. I love pizza so when we had time to get something to eat figured we would try this place out, so glad we did. A friend brought pizza home one night and got to try it but I wanted to see what it was all about in person so we stopped in. Customer service was great, prices fit what we had at the time and food was fabulous. This place isn't your normal pizza shop they also do sandwiches too. The thing that caught my eye was on the menu was the thing called a wedge. I asked about it and found the idea amazing and ordered myself a steak onion pepper and cheese one. The wedge is like getting an open faced calzone which makes it look like a sandwich. I'm definitely going to go back and with it close to my new home it will probably be a place I visit often. Thank you to all the employees who made my day better by working there and even morw to the owner who came up with the idea for the wedge. They also have a buffet Monday thru Friday from 11am to 1 pm, which has basic pizzas along with the chicken wedge, salad bar, and daily other makes like spaghetti, Salisbury steak, chili, and other different meal item not normally sold. The cost of the buffet is even...
Read moreTypically very pleased with this location, food, and service. Tonight we felt need to leave review for few things that need improvement...We ordered Hawaiian Pizza, Wings, and Large Salad. Entire building was very smoky from kitchen...not good for kids with asthma. Used restroom...very COLD in restroom, as I wiped toilet seat, noticed that toilet seat was not properly attached to toilet (very loose), very little watered down soap available to was my hands. I enjoyed half of my salad. My BBQ wings were good. The pizza was good. As I tried to finish the 2nd half of my salad, I was TOTALLY GROSSED OUT! A strand of DNA that was NOT MINE touched my lip!!! It was hard for me not to make a scene and make staff aware, but it looked like mostly younger workers in-house tonight. Y'all PLEASE do better. Fix the toilet seat. Get actual full-strength soap. Have food prep staff wear hair nets or at least pull long hair back in pony tail. Turn the ventilation fan on to clear the air. We will probably wait a long time to return to this location...give y'all time to make...
Read moreBeen going here off and on since they were originally known as Pizza Stop. They do terrific pizzas and other Americanized Italian comfort foods with a Southern twist. Their sandwiches they call "wedges" are a local favorite. They do a "Steak Wedge" which is a flatbread (homemade) sandwich with sauteed steak pieces mixed with mushrooms and onions topped with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, ranch dressing and folded into "wedge" type sandwich. The "Chicken Wedge" is the same but instead of beef, they use sauteed chicken topped with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, minus the mushrooms and onions, but including lettuce and ranch dressing folded into a "wedge" type as well.
Their pizza offerings are standard, like all meat, Hawaiian, supreme as well as a few others. They support their local businesses and schools and overall, one of the many local food places that the locals, myself and my family included, enjoy frequenting from...
