Hardee’s — Restaurant in Wilmington

Hardees on 17th St worse experience. Went inside there were 3 people already upset because they had to wait extra long for their food (new guy, left alone). I placed my order and people started coming in so he took another order after me, he needed help and no one would help him. I told him call management he tried to ask the girl for help in drive through 2 times and she ignored him. She finally came over and helped him and talked to him and the customer just rude. Then she tells him just to take orders and they just going to have to wait. A lady came from the back and i asked her about fixing my food so the girl in the drive through gets rude and says rude he just took your order you see he cant fix your food now what do you expect. I asked the lady to get the manager so I can get my money back since there is no one available to fix my chicken box.The manager comes out then the drive through girl talks to the manager and instead of the manager pitching in fixing food she starts on the took order. I said just give me my money back since you guys are not able to fix my chicken meal. Worse rude experience at that Hardees. They have always been so nice. I may...

Been to this place twice, the first time I ordered a thick burger, got a chicken sandwich, OK, everyone makes mistakes..... But this time I was ordering, the girl was looking right at me and kept asking me about things I never said, and come to find out they don't understand anyone! They got someones sweet tea wrong, I saw a customer in the parking lot throwing off a bunch of things she evidently ask them not to put on there because she was shaking her head while doing so (and not looking in the least bit happy) Heck, when I was ordering I said TWICE, OUT LOUD I wanted onion rings instead of fries and what did I get...... 🍟 fries 😠 In my opinion, they need to either retrain or replace the crew of young ones that take more time on makeup than paying attention!!!! And as I was getting ready to leave, another order was returned because it was wrong!!!!!!!...

Let me start by apologizing for being a paying customer and giving the 1970 S 17th Street, Wilmington NC location business this morning. It was very clear that the young lady that was working the drive-thru on 11/14/2024 at 8:30am was inconvenienced by having to work today and earn her paycheck. She was rude with an attitude!!! I am so sorry this young lady that works for this company wanted to just show up today and get paid without having any customer service skills. If it was not for the paying customers that come to your business she would probably not have her job. Paying customers is what keeps the business open and employees with a paycheck.
