Nightmare experience with ABC service: I have not seen the company that is unqualified in the business they are conducting to the extend ABC service is unqualified. We invited this company to do a minor repair of a door lock of our dishwasher, and ABC servicemen completely broke our expensive KittchenAid dishwasher. It took ABC "service" two weeks and several visits to break our dishwasher. After each visit a service manager, Sheila Sutton, would give me a different version of what was "wrong" with our dishwasher, including the version that the motherboard was "shorted", even though the dishwasher was running fine. At the end they simply walked away leaving us with the appliance they destroyed. Read moreAtrocious customer service. ABC installed a Bosch dishwasher that broke in under 3 weeks. We spoke to Shiela who was condescending and rude. She told us the owners do not take phone calls (really!?) and told us we had to do the leg work to speak with Bosch to get this resolved.
ABC refused to replace the dishwasher despite it being completely broken after 3 weeks.
We were then left without a dishwasher for a week and we were told to essentially figure it out with Bosch.
I left voicemails that were never returned. They never apologized for any inconvenience and were difficult at every step of the way.
Just go to a big box store and don't support this business. They are not worth your time or money. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Read moreMy dryer stopped working, and I called ABC to come fix it. The first tech that came out found that my 240v line was bad. He said I'd have to get an electrician to come out and diagnose and repair that. He said he tested my dryer, and that everything checked out and that the dryer was fine.
I had an electrician come out and fix my 240v line, but the dryer still wouldn't work.
I called ABC back and told them I had my 240v repaired, but the dryer still wouldn't work. They scheduled me in their next available slot and had a new tech out who fixed the problem. I wasn't charged the service fee for the second visit.
I docked a star because the first tech claimed the dryer was fine, but thankfully I wasn't billed the service...
