ETCON Fitness Studios and Jack Evan provide a fitness experience that is unparalleled. I was introduced to the studio by a friend and after one session, I have never looked back. First, the studio itself has every type of equipment you could possibly need to achieve your fitness goals. All the equipment is top quality and Jack keeps everything clean and in perfect working order. He shows you have each piece works and how it will impact your muscles. Second, each session starts with dynamic stretching followed by a well thought out program to meet your fitness goals. Jack will push you to do you your best even when you might doubt your ability. He can identify when you need a push versus when you need an adjustment to the specific exercise. For me, he knows when I get too into my head and helps me recognize that I can get past a mental hurdle. Jack is quick to give encouragement and celebrates all successes! Finally, all sessions end with static stretching and no session is complete without a fist bump followed by a motivating comment no matter what! After my first experience at ETCON, I quickly decided that I wanted to come every week and I look forward to my weekly sessions. I cannot say enough about the positive and professional environment Jack creates. Jack also offers group fitness classes on the weekend with the other trainer on staff, Coach Rocky, and those sessions are fun and a great addition to my weekly routines. Read moreIf there were more stars, I would hit them all. ETCON Fitness Studios, is by far the best place to train at. Jack is a great listener and a great fitness coach and nutrition coach. His dedication that he has for every single client is amazing. I have always struggled with weight loss, i have tried out so many weight loss programs thinking that they would help me out. But no they didn’t i was just wasting my money. I would give it a month and then just stop because i either got tired of it or i didn’t see any results. So my last option was to give a fitness coach a try and that was probably by far the best decision i have ever made for my health. Jack has showed me what i am capable of, i never had faith in my own self. He really pushed me and made sure that i accomplished my goals that I had set for myself. He showed me how to meal prep, lift properly, and how important it is to take care of your own health. I’ve learned so much from him and i am so glad that i made this decision a year and 2 months ago because if I didn’t I would still be living with my bad habits. Read moreI’ve been training at ETCON for a few months and it’s been an awesome experience top to bottom. The onboarding process with Jack was easy and informative - he makes sure to get the full picture of where you are now, what your goals are, and how you can achieve them. They’re super flexible with scheduling which is essential with my job.
All of the coaches seem top notch, and the two I work with regularly are outstanding. Coach Todd is a master motivator - he pushes you to your limit and pumps you up when you get there. He’s great at modifying on the fly to work through any obstacles and issues that come up while still making sure you’re getting the most out of your time. Coach Nick is such a positive guy and excellent at explaining exactly how each exercise is targeting and building on the last one. They both share notes which helps maximize your training throughout the week.
They routinely have special weekend classes, events, charity drives, and community outreach. There’s an app that makes keeping up with everything a breeze, including meal planning, training plans, etc.
