So I am in another state. I told my mother to grab a reloadable Wawas gift card so I can add it to my Wawas app and put money on there for her. I’ve done this for my children without problems before. Firstly my mother went to get it and they said she had to load it right then ( not true) and that the computer was down. So I said well that’s incorrect cause like I’ve previously said I have done this exact thing for my children. So I called to clarify what I was trying to do. The First Lady who answered thought I said Walmart gift card and when I clarified, I was inquiring about a Wawas gift card. She handed me to some manager. Who then wouldn’t let me speck at all yelled at me and talked extremely rude to me. I informed her I will be writing a review and contacting the main center for this behavior and lack of knowledge and leadership skills I experienced over the phone. All I said was Wawas gift and she started yelling unfortunately over me on repeat instead of letting me talk and letting my mother grab a card I can load over the app to buy gas and food. That type of behavior needs to be addressed and shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone. Read moreThis use to be one of my favorite locations to visit. I’m not quite sure what has happened but this location has really went downhill. I literally just left an hour ago. My late night Wawa run with my husband. The staff here use to be amazingly friendly. Now, not even close. We ordered food, picked up a few other items & then paid. After paying we went to pick up our food, this is where things went left... one of the workers was having a conversation with a customer. So I excused myself and asked for my order. The employee catches an attitude, hands me my order rudely, & starting singing a gospel song. Seriously? I guess I was suppose to wait until she finishes her conversation first? Yeah OKAY ! We take late wawa runs pretty regularly & this particular employee is normally there. She for the most part has a nasty attitude but we have never had to deal with her, until tonight. I miss Rochelle & Gary they always made our visits enjoyable! I’m going to need for this location to get it together. Read moreIf I could give a zero stars I would.. tonight I was here and ordered a sandwich, forgot to get tobacco and redbull so I grabbed the drinks and looked over to see the security woman staring me down.. so I went to get the dog a pretzel which is past the cashier and she confronts me like I was stealing. Told her I still have to get black and milds so as the cashier rang me up I hear “thought he had to get black and milds” as if she was trying to put me down and the cashier had them in his hand.. when I say he has em in his hand, she comes over and tries to cancel my payment cracking my debit card.. I was furious.. and I had her and a male wawa employee threatening to call cops on me when I paid for everything that I had.. I felt as if once she realized I wasn’t stealing embarrassed she in turn tried to embarrass me again.. then got mad and broke my debit card and threatened to call the police… I hope no one ever has to deal with the embarrassment of being accused of something that they didn’t do then be disrespected for it.. horrible...
