Italian Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Wilson

I visited the store on 301. I ordered and once I arrived, I found that the prices posted online were incorrect. The person who waited on me stated that I'd probably seen old pricing. When I mentioned that the online pricing was different, he said that the online pricing wasn't for the their store. How was I to know (because when i clicked on the menu associated with the 301 location, the menu by which I used to order, was displayed)? I paid with cash and then came back in for more clarification on the pricing discrepancy. When I asked for a receipt, the person with whom I spoke seemed agitated. He then showed me the handwritten changes made in the laminated menus kept on the counter. The food was hot, as usual, but the sauce, noodle, cheese combination tasted spoiled. The elderly gentleman was quite nice and suggested that I take a picture of the menu with my camera. After trying to force myself to eat (because I've never had bad food from either location), I threw away the food and decided count my losses and find another spot...

I ordered 2 LG 2 topping pizza,lazana,salad.Saturday night..I asked if he dilevered and he said he would for $10!!!..I love 3.4 miles away.so I went to pick it up.one pizza had no pepperoni.one did.they were both 2topping!!! The lazana was spoiled!!!! I took a bite& it was so bad I got sick!! I called the many and told him.he said he would replace my entire order.I called tues evening.and he claims he told me just the lazana but doesn't have any.and one pizza bc other pizza was right!!! No that's not what he told me Saturday night..iv e just called & was going to get my order done otw home and he isn't in,so I'm waiting on a call back!!! I've never been so disappointed in a resturant!! I spent $40!! For a large pizza!! Wow.......ok called today@3:30 he was going to be calling me back.I just called again!!& he says he will give me a pasta!! He has lied to me over& over!! I hope everyone reads tbis& never...

Being originally from N.J. I always thought this place was the closest in taste to Yankee pizza ! It was my Go To with the original owner and original crew ! When they first changed hands I tried it ! I thought the pizza was too doughy so I would go all the way to Peppermill from Stantonsburg ! Last night we decided to give them another chance after years of bypassing this place . I am so glad we did ! I apologize for my stubbornness but in my defense I am a loyal person ! I wish they would spruce up the place but that is not on them ! That is on Wilson County powers that be for letting certain parts get dilapidated while pouring monies into other parts !
