KFC — Restaurant in Wilson

In this time when we are faced with a pandemic problem and must always be on guard for our own protection against germs. That said, first let me start by saying the Famous Bowl that I got was hot and fresh. It almost didn't happen because of a small mistake. The counter person took my order and she was very nice and offered other items, and I always like a good suggestive sale. She proceeded to assist in back in assembly of my bowl. I'm always watching now when I see someone who is working on the register then jumps in the back, all while wearing the same gloves used at the register. Try to imagine now this person helping customers and some paying with cash. That cash could have been found on the ground, in some hot sweaty bra, in someone else's shoe, any number of places to arrive to this associate's hands and register using those gloves. When she was assisting her team mate she tried to add cheese to my bowl and because it was sticking to the tongs, she used the gloved hand to rake it in my bowl. I stopped her and asked if she took cash and explained why because of my issue with cross contamination. The manager apologized and had them remake the bowl. Very poor service at this location always gotta wait for everything I order and the manager is the most rudest person there along with the employees How you have only one cashier working on a Saturday night I mean really it aint but so many restaurants on this side of by 301 and the employees always standing around or outside smoking while you have a line full of people inside and in the drive thru Come people you have to do better nobody feels like driving to the other side of town just for some chicken And the manager will be getting...

We’ve been here multiple times and every time it ducks. The people working act high, forgetting our order, waiting for 40 minutes, not telling me they didn’t have mayo until I already bought it and got a dry sandwich, not to mention the bun was hard as a rock. Then my boyfriend got a Taco Bell chicken bowl and they didn’t give him a fork. Kept having to repeat our order because they could remember what our drinks were or our sauce.
