Mama's Country Drive-in — Restaurant in Wilson

The food is expensive and you have to pay extra for a drink I got to plates which was supposed to be 9.99 with one meat and 2 sides and one meat with one side for 6.99 but I was over charged and they forgot to put my cabbage on my plate and my banana pudding on the side… this was my first time coming here and the total was a whopping 36.62 when it should have been 21.00 plus tax but I said never again I will not step foot back into that restaurant again… the rice is soupy I thought rice is supposed to be dry any…the best thing was the turkey wing ever thing...

My 1st time going in there I gave the cashier a 100 dollar bill without even noticing, thinking i was paying with a 20, he gave me my change and me thinking i was getting too much back questioned this and he corrected me and explained what had happened, we joked for a second about it, what a nice Guy and thank God he was honest, it was a great experience , friendly atmosphere, quick service with Great homemade food . I will definitely be going back...

Ordered a link, egg and HOOP cheese on BUN. I got American sliced cheese. Took it back told them I asked for hoop cheese. Remade order, they gave me sliced cheese again. Went back again and got my money back. Apparently they don't know what hoop cheese is when using a bun 🤷‍♂️. I just got a thank you when they gave me my money back. Check food before leaving. My friends say they will mess up their orders as well....
