Update* Response to the owner: *Thanks for replying; however, your snarky, false statement is unprofessional. First, Brandon did NOT inform me that there were two identical orders and that mine wasn't ready for pickup. That would have MADE SENSE.

Second, I wasn't unaware I couldn't pick up before 2:00 p.m. When Brandon walked past and briefly spoke to me, he said my order had been mislabeled under the wrong customer name. He "ASKED" if I needed them with my name on them, and I SAID yes, so they transferred the cupcakes into the BOX per my request!

I appreciate the quick turnaround on the order, but I stand behind my review as the pickup experience was really off-putting. Again, had someone informed me that your bakery runs by SCHEDULED time only, I would have arrived at precisely 2:00 p.m. or kindly waited and finished my phone call while our order of cupcakes was decorated.

I own multiple businesses and manage staff and commercial tenants, so I completely understand having a process and feeling inclined to reply to a negative review, but your account of the situation was inaccurate.*

Initial REVIEW: I placed a Custom order for four dozen cupcakes and arrived on the scheduled day to pick them up. My order was not ready, and they seemed to have no record, even though I had already paid for it! I stood around for over 30 minutes. We absolutely love this place, their products, and their team. We worked with them recently for a fundraiser last week for the Villebois Fire victims and they raised over $9K in one day. What a feat and generosity!!!

On the product side, I honestly hadn't had any of it before. So we ordered some mini cupcakes to try for my son's 3rd birthday and let me tell you, they were Amazing with a capital "A"!! All the kids and adults at my son's party devoured their cupcakes. They were a perfect size for the kids ages.

On a side note: When we went to pick up the cupcakes earlier in the morning, both owners were at the bakery. They greeted us with huge smiles and interacted with the birthday boy perfectly. Upon opening the shop door, we were overwhelmed with delicious bakery smells, specifically cinnamon rolls. We just had to get one of those too. After ordering one, we sat down and enjoyed it there because the place is so cute and fun. Brandon even brought out the roll with a little candle on it for my son and the entire bake staff joined in on singing him "Happy Birthday". The roll was super soft, warm and moist and the frosting melted on your tongue. It was a great day yesterday for my son and Lux Sucre's products made it even better. Awesome local business in Wilsonville

I highly recommend Lux Sucre. We're returning customers over the past couple years ordering cakes, cupcakes and other sweet treats for our birthday parties. They have excellent communication, are easy to work with, have a great variety of sweets on their menu, and bake some delicious treats! We always get compliments.

One thing I love about this place is that they give each customer and order special attention. You're not just another customer. The last time we came by to pick up our cupcakes, my husband messed up the piping while he was transporting it to the car. Chanelle was able to salvage them and re-pipe the damaged ones immediately. Our last party was themed Dr. Seuss for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Here is what we ordered: Sugar and spice cake (8", fed about 20 people) Chocolate raspberry cupcakes and Vanilla cream cupcakes (regular size. they gave us straws to put in our cupcakes) Shortbread cookies with a printed image on them

Everything was SO delicious! My husband isn't a fan of shortbread, but he said this was his favorite shortbread cookie he's ever had.
