Holden Brother's BBQ — Restaurant in Wimberley

After seeing rave reviews about their BBQ on our neighborhood Facebook page, we finally ventured down the road to try it out this past Saturday night. All I can say is, I am already longing for next weekend so we can go back and try even more on the menu. The pulled pork sandwich was insane. Brisket so juicy and perfectly smoked it fell apart when you picked it up (and this was the lean!) We also got the 5 Cheese au gratin and added the burnt ends to it and chefs kiss it was a dream come true. Our friends tried the brisket quesadilla and brisket grilled cheese and we couldn't even get a bite to try, they scarfed it down so fast. The family running this place are true gems and deserve all the love and support. So, do yourself a favor and plan on dinner there one night (or multiple nights)...

Amazing barbecue at Holden Brothers Texas BBQ. The mac and cheese was absolutely delicious, creamy and full of flavor. The brisket was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, and the highlight for me were the chicken and pork lollipops – simply spectacular! We had the pork belly burnt ends. These are crazy delicious! Don’t wait any longer, get over there and try it out. They also serve homemade cheesecake, we split a slice of that.
