Sweeties Donuts — Restaurant in Wimberley

After spending $15.96, we come to discover that our whole order was wrong when we returned home... besides the two drinks - which I had grabbed on my own.... After repeating my order of 3 JUMBO JALAPEÑO SAUSAGE CHEESE kolaches & 2 JUMBO SAUSAGE CHEESE kolaches, with a glazed CREME filled donut.... I walk out with a CUSTARD filled donut, & only 2 PLAIN JUMBO SAUSAGE kolaches (6 minutes later)... just to have to return back inside, to pick up my 3 JUMBO JALAPEÑOS CHEESE SAUSAGE kolaches (since they were never handed to me originally) & come to discover that they were just 3 ADDITIONAL PLAIN JUMBO SAUSAGE kolaches... we discovered the 5 plain jumbo kolaches when we got home, so please double check your orders because you certainly can’t trust them of goodwill, as a business SHOULD practice. Thank you for 8 minutes of waiting for a completely jacked up order and 15.96$ down the drain.... if you are not going to pay attention to your customers’ orders, please do not make them wait a whole 8 minutes when it could of been just 3 minutes... also, whoever answered the phone, please learn hospitality and owning up to the shop’s mistakes... the lady was completely rude and shrugged it off as if it was all my fault. I will be returning to prove the price of 15.96$ that we actually paid, and not just 14$ which I was accused of only paying instead of the 15.96$. Absolutely no remorse for giving a completely wrong order..... just told I paid 14 instead of 15.96. This is NOT how you handle your guests, or...

Twice I went in and twice I asked for ground sausage Kolaches. Both times I was given a hot dog with cheese inside a dinner roll. Bread tastes good but no ground sausage. The second time I was VERY specific and asked multiple times about ground sausage and was still given a hot dog. The meat is enveloped inside the dinner roll so I can’t see it until I bite into it. Language barrier or just wanted to make a sale?

Fairly reasonable prices on donuts. Maple iced raised donut falls into the "special" category ... and it's nice to be able to get a maple donut without paying extra for a "long john" like at some of the other donut places. Lemon filled was very good, too ... with lots of filling. Donut holes were a little greasy and heavy, but still pretty good. No weird oil aftertastes with any of the donuts we tried.
