Would give a higher rating if it wasn't for the issue of delivery times. I am a delivery driver for a chinese restaurant, our delivery times are 30 to 45 minutes when it is not crazy busy. When it gets busy we inform our customers of the extended time for delivery. I have ordered delivery multiple times and it seems like only once has the delivery shown up before an hour. I have a 3 year old and I order his dinner, when I order around 6:40pm and it still isn't here at 8:10pm, that is a problem that needs to seriously be addressed. Only time I didn't have an issue with delivery times was when Zach was the driver. I like to give a decent tip, only order delivery when I can afford to give a decent tip. I am thinking the drivers are just being lazy or there are not enough drivers on staff the nights I order. It isn't hard to deliver food in a timely fashion. I called at 1:25 pm and asked how far in advance should I call to order two party pizzas. I was told an hour, I said I would call back. Called back at 1:27pm and ordered 2 party pizzas for a 4:30pm pick up. Giving 3 hours in advance. Upon arrival I was told she didn’t think the pizzas have even been cooked. She confirmed and said they haven’t gone in and we should have called it in. I replied I called at 1:30pm and ordered for 4:30pm. She said well I wasn’t here then.
