9/25 - With the egg white omelette bites taken off the menu, I tried the avocado toast. So-so. They need to post on their menu it's topped with two kinds of seeds for those who can't eat them.

12/23 - Hot tasty egg white omelette bites, a croissant with sausage and cheese - best egg sandwich fast food wise (preferred the ham but they no longer make it) and a small macchiato with skim milk/ one sugar from the drive thru, hit the spot on a brisk winter morning.

2/22/23 - The first day with light snow since late November, we decided to make the most of it while doing necessary chores. Dunkin' for breakfast, and a favorite long-visited pizza place in Winsted for a take home lunch/dinner. We decided to eat inside which was a first over the many years here. Everything was clean, service was prompt and polite, and the coffee and food items were good. They have bags of coffee for sale, of course, as well as merchandise. Also on site is a cooler of beverages including milk, energy drinks, water and soda.

2/14/23: We went through the drive thru today to specifically get the heart doughnut only sold on Valentine's Day, but being early afternoon at this branch anyway, they were already sold out. I don't know if this was the same case at other neighboring stores, but @dunkindonuts if as a company you market a specific doughnut annually, why make a limited supply?

When paying at the window, I asked what time did the heart doughnut sell out, but the staff member did not know since he just started his shift. Anyway, we bought a strawberry and vanilla cream frosted doughnut instead but neither had the sprinkles on top of the icing as displayed on the electronic menu. Both of the pastries were enjoyed as well as their reliable brand coffee.

Dunkin' always makes a good cup of coffee even if other chains will sell you some for less or more money. The hazelnut shot in one of ours...

We placed a mobile order at this Dunkin’ Donuts 15 minutes before arriving, and then waited another 10 minutes at the pickup area with no updates. Since nothing was set out, we moved to the counter to ask. As soon as Denise from the drive-thru came by, I tried to politely ask about the order—but before I could even finish a sentence, she began yelling, “Do you see how busy we are? Do you not get it?” Then she directed a sarcastic question to my friend, asking, “What would you do?”

My friend calmly responded, “I’d tell the customers arriving that I apologize, but I need a moment to catch up on mobile orders.” Denise continued yelling and waving her hands in an aggressive way, saying, “I’m not going there today,” before walking away.

Another employee came over and asked what donuts we wanted. My friend explained the order was placed in the app and had specific selections for a staff meeting. The employee asked us to just list them again, and rather than deal with more confusion, my friend just said, “Never mind, give me a variety.”

I asked for contact information for the owner, and a girl in a white tank top told me, “If you want to get us in trouble, you’ll have to call corporate.” She wasn’t in uniform, and it wasn’t clear if she even worked there. When we went to grab straws, there was only one out. My friend politely asked for another, and while the tank top girl ignored her, a different employee handed her some. Then the tank top girl loudly said, “You know there’s another Dunkin’ Donuts down the road—you don’t have to come back.”

We absolutely will not. Between not receiving what we paid for, being treated rudely and aggressively, and being told not to return, this location is clearly mismanaged and unprofessional. Definitely not representative of the...

*Edit ; a week later, I came in and Isaiah on the register was happy to give me what I was owed, and Matt made the food quickly and it was pretty good. I only bumped it up to 3 stars because of the previous experience with different dunkin team members, who didnt care Dunkin owed me money. But today, Isaiah and Matt showed they care about their work. Other employees could learn from their example.

I was charged for biscuit bites even though they didnt have them. I came back the next day with receipt, they say come back tomorrow. I wasnt going to write a negative review because its petty, but just wait... Day 3 of trying to get what im owed. I pull up to the drive thru, they tell me to come inside, the drive thru is closed. I get inside, they dont have biscuit bites. I try to order a bacon egg and cheese, they dont have that either, which is hard to believe. The 2 girls standing there just smuggly pouting, not even trying to offer me somthing else, so I walked out. The service here is falling down hill, they didnt seem to care Im owed for food, saying " soulda got here sooner"... I dont know why the place is slacking because I used to think this was the...
