This was my first time at this location. However, Friday 5/16, my daughter called to place a order for wings and was placed on hold for sooo long, she hung up. She called back to try again, this time they refused to answer the phone. This was after 9 pm. We drove to the location down the road. This guy "Ty" was so rude, worried about time, and closing, rude. He stated we don't take orders at 9:30. Bruh what??? You don't close til 10!! So rude!! He asked two Asian guys at the table can he take our order at this time. The Asian guy looked at "Ty" like...are you serious yes!! Worst experience ever. Now, you wonder because he doesn't want to take the order, would any harm be done to our food. We can only pray. Again, this was my first visit at this location. My daughter comes here a lot. I've been in my community for 11 years. I usually visit the location in Bethlehem. We love WnB wings. The customer service here was the worst. Then they forgot my extra blue cheese we paid for! Lol. Read moreI stopped by at 5:15pm 0n 9/28 for a Too Go order as was told the wait time was 30-40 minutes. My home is half mile away so I came home and ordered through Uber Eats. The food arrived within 25 minutes and was delicious. On 10/2 I stopped by for a Too Go order and service was relatively prompt and again the food was delicious. Today 10/4, I stopped by at 1:15p and was told there was a 40 minutes wait. So tonight I ordered through the WnB website for delivery using their partner DoorDash. After waiting one hour my food arrived and it's AWFUL! Fries cold, no Swiss on the Grilled Chicken and COLD! This location has major issues and until these issues are resolved, I strongly recommend avoid the store in Winder. It's so unfortunate because those of us in Winder embrace new business, but clearly there's absence of management. Read more** In response to the owner putting the blame on door dash, you ignored the part that the order was also WRONG and I have yet to hear from you. The quality of the food was terrible. I now have to dispute the charges with my bank because you won’t refund the order and door dash will only give a small portion.
Avoid at all cost! We ordered a delivery order through their website. They had door dash deliver it. The order was an hour late, wrong and cold. We called the restaurant and were informed to come in the next day for a refund. When we arrived the following day, we were told they could not give us a refund, we had to call door dash. We called door dash, they are only willing to refund $12 of a $77 order. We called back to the restaurant and asked once again to speak to a manager.
