What kind of special requests have i made over the years, please tell me?????? Everyone orders their food different, I have never made any crazy or unique request. Maybe no mayo or something, only stuff like that. I never asked for a custom sandwich or pizza or anything. A lot of lying going on in your response!

In reply to the rude response from the owner! The issue is you mess up the orders so often. I had bought off you weekly, sometimes a couple times a week. Over the course of many years, well before you even had pizza. Countless times my order was messed up. You think was abusing Free and new items a variety of times? I would never abuse it and you never gave me a single thing for free. Typically when you mess it up i eat it but on rare occasions its something i cant eat. The first and one other time i called about my order. That Time you gave me store credit and never sent a replacement. Also i could have abused that but i did not, you gave me online credit and the cashier never applied it and i even told you in person when i picked up so you did not pay extra. Sorry i was not eating that ricotta cheese and meatball calzone when i ordered a steak and cheese calzone. That was the 1st one and they gave me 20 dollars store credit and no replacement. And then years later something happens ( I describe below with a salad and only called cause it was a guests order), and i called and you give me a hard time. I wont forget that salad, there as almost no lettuce and no tomatoes and no Feta cheese. You are not telling the truth in your reply!!

I read your replies to mess ups to others, you apologize but you finish with a disrespectful line many times. Start positive and end negative. That shows your true character. You take things way to personal. Try being on the other end of the transaction. You mess up but get mad when people post a review about it. I used to have a 5 star review!!

What is annoying is its delivery too, so i am stuck with credit but still paying for a tip.

Yeah food was good, but service and management are horrible. Many many orders and only called two times and i was super easy going. The way you replied was childish and unprofessional. Making me look like the bad guy. I spend thousands of dollars over the years. You mess up, give me credit and dont redeliver. Coupe years later you mess up the salad big time, i took the credit for the salad since i order from you often and had no idea you were going to do that when i called back!! I called back a week later you would only credit me for the Feta cheese. I have not been back since.

Food is great. but to me a persons word means a lot. i buy here twice a week with my family we order a few items every time. so many times the order was messed up. i rarely call and complain. i had company over and ordered them a salad with feta and chicken, the salad was so small no lettuce or tomatoes. i asked to hold the onions and croutons. not even enough salad to make a meal. called mentioned the feta was missing said they would credit me a salad next time i called back. when I did call they said they would only give me a salad and take the cost of the feta off. so I didn't want to pay for another small salad. so they said they would take the cost of the upgrade on my meal off. supposed to be season fries but they sent me regular fries. i love there season fries. I have had enough of this. False promises, i spend 50 dollars a week there on average. they also claimed they never would have gave me that option. but they did offer to send me a salad when i originally called and i should have taken it because they will not live up to there word and then messed up my my order again. very unsatisfied repeat customer. going to try other...

after spending about 25-50 a week here for months, Ill never again spend a dime here. Just got a sub and a salad, $25, and was told the tiny 3 oz bag of chips "doesnt come with the order" and Id have to pay for it. Are you serious? I watched several people come in, get subs and get free chips. The cost of the chips is irrelevant - you dont treat regular customers that way. Terrible customer service, Ill never spend another dime there. Great job losing a reliable paying customer - who leaves 20% tip every time - over a 3 oz bag of chips. ALSO: the food has gone downhill. Meatball sub plain, tasteless, barely ant cheese. Grilled chicken on salad was a few pieces, nowhere near what it used to be. Sicilian pizza bland, not enough sauce. Guess that's what happens when you take your customers for granted. Plenty of other sandwich...

I walked in and placed an order for a turkey and ham sub with lettuce, pickles, cheese, and mustard. I get home and open the sub. It had banana peppers, oil, salt n pepper, and a lot of onions. It was totally wrong. I immediately called and told them that the order was wrong. They asked if I want them to remake it. Absolutely not! It was 20 degrees out and i can't drive. I'm not going back. They can come and pick it if up if they want. Then they asked if I wanted it refunded on my card. I definitely wanted a refund. I couldn't eat it. I never got my refund and every time I called to speak to a manager (I hate that I had to say that) there wasn't one working...ever. That is called theft. And it sickened me that I had to throw away food. They never picked it up and they never refunded my...
