Kumo Sushi — Restaurant in Windham

5 stars doesn’t even give this place enough justice. If I could I would give 10 stars. The staff when you walk in is incredibly friendly, they all greeted us with a smile and attended to us right away. We got the crab Rangoon and Calamari to start and WOW. Everything tasted so incredibly fresh. We all agreed that it was the best crab Rangoon we had ever had. They even brought us out a complimentary mango sushi appetizer to try and that also blew us away. We ordered 4 different kinds of sushi, the Lobster Heat, Eel crunch, Dragon Roll and Sunshine Roll. I again cannot get over how fresh everything tasted. It’s the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. I’d absolutely give Kumo Sushi a 15/10. I wish I had enough room in my stomach to try more. First time there. Small establishment in a nice strip mall in Windham on Rt 111. Greeted right away. Early in the evening so told to sit where ever we wanted. Attentive service. Given a complimentary sushi appitizer on the house. Only 2 of us. My dining companion ordered an appitizer & salad for her meal & I ordered sushi. Sushi was fast and very good. They delivered her meal with mine and we enjoyed every bite. They have at least a liquor licence for at least beer & wine. I had small hot Saki. Doubt they do cocktails. They do alot of take out it seems, and have a small dining area, prob 8 tables max. Our meals were excellent, and would go there again. I hope to see them expanding, if possible. Kumo Sushi in Windham is right up there with some of the best sushi-ya, both in freshness and presentation. Three of us came here to determine if the current restaurant rating was justified; we were not disappointed. I couldn't believe some of the dishes that were brought to our table. Everything was beautiful. We had a great feast for the eyes and taste buds. The most beautiful presentation was that of the Sashimi For 2 which is 25 pieces of delicious sashimi served with a Dragon Roll and a Spicy Salmon Crunchy Roll, which is where we should have stopped, but we kept going...
