Main Street Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor Charter Township

They have good deals, pizza is decent. The one thing i would like to critique and also a warning to others is as any place you order food with - just make sure you get what you asked for. Been burned twice by getting the wrong pizza and left without grabbing a soda i ordered while being told i can come in next time to grab it. Living in Grand Ledge this is a bit of a burn because turning around and resolving the mistake is a bit of a drive. To add its insult to injuring when told all i would have to do is come in and ask to have said item compensated but then looked at as if no one knows whats going on then the situation explained incorrectly back to me is a bit disappointing. In the employees defense when explaining the situation i said i ordered a special last week with a soda but was turned around saying they didnt have a special with a soda, miss communication break down with two kids under 4 years old makes me not want to explain the situation over and over till we are on the same page after the 3rd burn. Instead of holding up a line, instead of having to explain it again - ill take it in stride, I understand that if i ordered something its my responsibility to make sure i get it before leaving but thats still not going to change my opinion to make sure the customer is taken care of, especially when they are told they can come back in next time they order and get comp'd then.

3 out of 5 leaves ya decent. I feel like its fair after 3 burns - it is one of those life things to make sure you get what you paid for. Employees arent jerks, they have good intentions i feel like. As stated before the deals are decent as well...

Obviously it was burnt barely any sauce and we could have chewed and digested the box easier than the pizza! THANK YOU COTTAGE INN FOR SAVING THE DAY AND DINNER!

Also concerning was the customer service (young girl at the register with everything on her face BUT a smile!

She hastily took our order as she snapped at the other employees and then she also waited on us upon pick up ) SHE was EXTREMELY RUDE! And I expressed how I made note of her rudeness to the employees the first time I was in.

Busy yes but not one customer was greeted upon entry-it was a very unorganized and grim uncomfortable atmosphere.

So the pizza itself was okay, nothing special popped out for me personally. The cheese was good but you gotta be careful or everything will fall off the pizza. The sauce was okay, nothing special about it. The pepperonis were pretty good ,nice flavor. The dough was okay, nothing to crazy the crust had a nice crunch. I definitely recommend trying it at least once. It's a good one timer if you're not from the area. The people working there were pretty cool, chill didn't seem like a bad place. Might go again not quite sure yet. I'll give it a solid 4.7/10 (might seem low but the highest rating I've given is 7.8/10 for the alibi in Rochester.
