Pizza Chef Windsor — Restaurant in Windsor

Im editing my review from 5stars to 3stars good food good atmosphere great location all YES the service NO aside from the bartender Taylor which is a great guy hes on top of his job awesome at making drinks had an old fashioned he made it perfectly which was unexpected because every other place in my area does not make it correctly so i was surprised awesome job Taylor!!! the food was great BUT weve been there twice now the first time taylor took our order which is why again hes a great guy the 2nd time we went up to the counter asked if we could sit anywhere the woman behind the counter said yes they were a little busy so we had no problem waiting luckily me and my wife can hold a conversation because 30mins went by without someone taking our order the same woman behind the counter made eye contact with my wife multiple times and immediately looked away everytime as if she didnt wanna do her job and take customers orders so at that point it was a pretty simple decision to leave and take our money with us if you dont want people to sit and eat inside your establishment then dont have so much seating and if for some reason we both misunderstood and they dont serve/take orders to guests that dine in then they should make that clear but if you go out to a restaurant to eat and charge that much or spend that much then i want to be served but it was actually good that it happened because we found a better spot so we wont be...

Had to return here because the pizza and the service was so good last year when we were here during the same time period. The service was definitely not good. We were there about 10 minutes before I went up to the bar to order. Bartender seemed to be really "distracted" (Maybe an off day?) . Finally came over to take our order and was extremely casual about it and then forgot to bring our drinks back until my wife caught his attention again. The pizza came with some really weak plastic fork and knife and paper plates. I don't mind paper but when the knife crumples under the strain of cutting the crust its tiime to upgrade. Luckily I carry my own knife. The pizza was as good as last year so maybe we'll just try one of the other locations or just get take out next time Sorry Taylor, just being brutally honest when I say after everyone else left the bar seats and he came over and asked about our drinks after they were long gone he said "we will be his main focus now". He went back to the end of the bar where he couldn't see us and started texting or something. You may have heard us laughing...

My and my mom decided to order pizza tonight for dinner cause we didn’t want to cook we found a family pack that they have it comes with 2-1topping large pizzas, 20 wings a 1/2 tray of salad and a 2L soda we also ordered garlic knots and let me just say for 77 dollars that was a great deal we have 9 people to feed and still have leftovers it was amazing food and when we called they were great we called at like 3:40 and said we would need it for pick up at 5 my mom went into get it at 5:01 and not even a few minutes later she was coming out with our food and a super nice employee helped my mom by bringing out the rest of the food she couldn’t hold he was super nice and even froze just to help us I love the food and love the service it was a amazing experience for my moms first time there thank you everyone at pizza chef you...
