Gambino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winfield

I really hate to do this. Gambino's used to be a wonderful place to eat. Not anymore. Ordered a large mobster w/no mushrooms and a Carryout salad. I arrive to the restaurant. I go over to the salad bar. No eggs, broccoli, cheese, okra, potato salad, and the rest that was there looked to be there for awhile. I ask a guy if they have cheese or eggs. Repeats to me eggs and cheese? I said yes. Guy goes and gets a bowl of cheese and dumps it in the plastic container on salad bar. Then takes the container and comes back with eggs. I grab my pizza and leave. Go out to my vehicle. Check the pizza. MUSHROOMS EVERYWHERE on the pizza. I look at the ticket. It even says no mushrooms! I go in, and Payton is on the phone talking to a buddy saying "you going to come by or not?" Continues this conversation all the while, I'm standing there. FINALLY he puts his "buddy" on hold. Then asks me what he can do for me. I show him the pizza and tell him it wasn't supposed to have mushrooms, and it did. He says, "Oh we have some new guy, not the one there now." Goes back and talks to a kid and tells him to remake my Mobster with no mushrooms. Payton disappears while the other guy makes the pizza. Meanwhile all these orders are just sitting at the end of the oven waiting to be cut. Phone ringing, no one answered. I WILL NOT be back here!

Very, very disappointed!! Placed my online order at 5:58 PM tonight with no issues. I promptly received my email receipt with the estimated delivery time of 6:43. At 6:50 I got concerned since I am only 4 minutes away so I called. The employee told me it would be about 10 more minutes. At 7:13 I called and asked for the manager. She asked for my name and couldn'the find my order and said it must not have came through. I told her that I received my confirmation email and had already called once. She asked for my phone number and at that point found where the order was received. She said "it's not here so it must be out for delivery. She asked that if it's not delivered to call back in 10 minutes. At 7:24 I called back and asked for the manager again. Told her "still waiting on my pizza". She said she was going to call the deliver driver to check. I asked her to call me back so I would at least know if I needed to order from the competition in order to have dinner. She said she would. At 7:35 my COLD pizza arrived. 1 hour and 37 minutes after I ordered it. The worse part is, the manager didn't have the integrity to call me back with an update. There was no offer to offset the inconvenience of having to wait 58 minutes past the committed delivery time or having to spend $40 for cold pizza. Guess we will go back to pizza Hut if we...

We went in for the evening buffet with plenty of time before it closed down. There was a beef Pizza, a meat lovers, and a few pieces of chicken bacon ranch. I asked prior to ordering if they were putting out more pizzas. I was told yes, so we went ahead and ordered. The only thing that was put out was another meat lovers Pizza. I asked if they were going to be putting out a dessert pizza, again I was told yes. I had to remind the worker three different times about a dessert pizza, and it wasn't until the delivery driver came in and I told him I was waiting on a dessert pizza to be put out before it was even started. When I go to a buffet I expect to have some variety to choose from, and I should not have to leave a buffet hungry because there's nothing on the buffet to eat. (We were not the only customers eating the buffet). If the prices are going to continue going up there should at least be some quality to the food and what you get, not fewer pizzas and choices.
