I have been going to this McDonald’s for several years and for the most part have always been satisfied. I don’t expect total perfection because we all make mistakes due to how busy the restaurant can get at times however within the past few years it is becoming more common for orders to be incorrect or unsatisfactory.
With Covid now interfering with costs and service I have been forgiving and just take it as a part of the hardships many restaurants are having.
My biggest complaint is that the prices seem to continue to go up but the amount of food/quality go down. It’s not so much the food but for instance the coffee. I have always gotten my coffee at McDonald’s. A large coffee with 7 creams. This makes the coffee a light caramel color which is perfect. Recently, however, I have to ask for 8 creams to get the same results. This is an indicator that they’re cutting back on creamer no matter what you ask for.
What made me angry this morning is that coffee has gone from $1.06 a few years ago up to $1.99 for a large coffee. I don’t think one more pump of the creamer is going to bankrupt McD’s. Now what really makes me angry is the fact that I ordered a large coffee with 8 creams and when I removed the lid the cup wasn’t close to being full! I pay $1.99 for a large coffee and they can’t fill up the cup? Even with less coffee the creamer in my coffee was still not what I asked for. I think $1.99 is very high for a large coffee but I at least expect a full cup of coffee! Had the line not been excessively long I would have handed the coffee back and asked to have it filled to the proper level. Plus would have asked for 4 “to-go” creamers.
Our paychecks stay the same and the prices of food continues to rise! It’s getting harder for people to buy food anymore. All I ask is just give the customer what they ordered. If they’re going to continually raise the price then at least give us the appropriate amount of...
Read moreI attempted to help save our health by suggesting to an on-shift manager that they need to install a sterilizing dispenser right beside of the Saloon door after watching my cashier run 3 different orders to vehicles outside waiting for their orders to return from delivering those orders then enter the food prep area without cleaning his hands and proceed to grab my grand sons & i's French fry container and fill them with fries now contaminating the french fry salt shaker handle, & the french fry dispenser that shuffles the fries into the containers for customers. We get our contaminated fries & burgers go sit and observe the manager do the same thing, now not 1 round of this continual action but 2 full rounds of this continual action. He (the manager) then grabs his sterilizing bucket and rag and proceed to start washing table tops, as he approaches our table with my grand son & I, I begin to explain there needs to be sanitizer dispenser immediately beside of the saloon door, he then proclaims that they have one over by the sink, I then ask why didnt my cashier use it & why didnt he use it after his 2 rounds he said my cashier was suppose to use it and he would talk to cashier about using it in the future. Ok 'but you didnt use it either time that you made 2 rounds of deliveries out to vehicles" he didnt want to hear me, immediately walking away from me, going to the food prep area where 2 females & my cashier, & this manager all laughed & giggled I'm assuming over my issue I brought to their attention. Then 1 male voice very clearly stated & I quote with an audio recording to support my claims "@# him, he can go to...
Read moreOrders being correct are about 75% of the time, ice cream machine seems to always be "down for cleaning" and the location is scary during busy times of the day. I visit here from time to time when my daughter is wanting some chicken nuggets. The staff is very friendly but can be a little on the slow side, which I chalk up to training new people. If you order anything custom such as no pickles, plain, or anything else, make sure to check your order before you leave. Half of the time it is wrong. If you order something on customized directly from the menu, it is typically correct. If you're at the location during busy times, it can be difficult to get into the lot and to pull out of the lot, since you are completely at the mercy of other drivers on the road who at times, seem to have a personal Vendetta against those who eat at...
