I am giving this Ciminos location 2 stars, because the pizza is good, the food is hit and miss, and the delivery is terrible!!! The orders get delivered wrong, have missing items and/or food is cold or inedible. Every single delivery is missing at least one item, usually multiple items, and then when I call to tell them, they act like it's an inconvenience to correct the mistakes THEY made. I have given this restaurant MULTIPLE chances because the pizza is good and I like to support local businesses, but this place just can't seem to get it right. I just can't see wasting my money on them anymore. Ordering food should not be such a hassle. I worked in restaurants many years previously, and this would not be acceptable at ANY of them. If employees don't want to do the job correctly, then find new ones who will. You are losing business because of it.
