We had dinner here and despite the nearly full parking lot, there was still a couple tables we could choose from. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Drinks came quick and cold and the appetizers came out quick as well. We had bone-in sweet and spicy wings and some of their in-house made chips with cheese, bacon and some other toppings. The wings had just enough heat to them and the chips were awesome! About the time we were done with appetizers out our meal came, pulled pork melt with Amazing onion rings! It was really good but the bread could of been toasted up a bit more on the melt. The onion rings that were actually rings of onion (not chopped & reformed) were, as previously stated, Amazing! To follow up dinner we decided to get desserts so we got deep fried Oreos and fried dough. The presentation on the dessert was great & the taste that came with it matched! Our waitress was very pleasant and even joked back with us which is a must if you're dealing with me! All in all, we found the service to be great, the food great and the price was surprisingly low for everything we got. Will definitely re-visit the Pointe Afta in the future. I hope they keep up the great work!

Seriously, you could visit this place simply for the sports experience alone and be quite happy but everything else is overall a win win.

Good prices, great daily special deals, cold beer, and good eats. Killer Angus burgers!

For years, Pointe Afta has been a great place to gather with friends. Food and atmosphere have always been great. But lately (Fall 2021), the service on moderately busy nights has been unacceptably slow! I gathered with friends (4 of us) for drinks and food twice in the past two months, and both times were ridiculous. The wait staff are friendly, but when you don't see them for half-n-hour or more at a time, it gets frustrating. I understand times are tough right now with staffing shortages everywhere, but waiting 40 minutes after requesting our checks and another 25 minutes to get our receipts and debit cards back is not a problem other area restaurants and bars are having. We love this place, and wanted be loyal customers but after going through this a second time since October - we've decided to go elsewhere for...

It wasn't advertised anywhere that to have dinner here after the Bruin's alumni game you had to have tickets. They didn't announce it at the game, nor have it on the flyer advertising the game, nor on Facebook, heck not even a sign on the front door. I sat down at a table only to be awkwardly and somewhat rudely told to leave because I didn't have a ticket. Jeez, I just wanted to have a beer and some wings and to watch the current B's play on the big screen after the alumni game (I left a few minutes early because I figured it would be packed since the alum were going there after the game, I would've stayed for the whole thing and spent my money on some B's merch had I known)...been coming here for years to get food, brews, and watch games but...
