I ordered one stuffed cheesy bread at 6:01 pm it was supposed to be ready at 6:21. At 6:21 I asked about my order and after scrambling around for a while I was told that it was just going to be another minute. Then after 25 min I was asked what I was waiting for and I said my order that was supposed to be ready in 1-5 minutes. Then I was told by the lead or manager that I was not correctly informed but was supposed to be that my order went accidentally out on a delivery and they would compensate me. This would have been great as she said my order was up. I said it was fine I just wanted my order and she said it was up again and I looked around and said well where is it. Then after searching around again she figured out that it was absolutely not up and that my order had not been started. She then started it and pushed it to the top of the list saying it will be the next one out of. At this point I was already 40 minutes late and demanded a refund.
First thing I have to say is don’t lie to your customers about the status of their order if something happens. Second thing is if you messed it up the first time, don’t assume it’s right and that it’s fixed unless you can literally see it physically, because now you have wasted my time and lied to my face twice about this bumbled situation. My experience so far has been hit or miss, I just wish with the people making the pizzas all did it the same so I know how to order the next time. For instance Chrystina made this pile of slop. I don’t know her exact spelling but I know it was some version of Christina or Kristina but with a “y” I hope and pray she never makes one for me again. So next time I ordered light sauce and there was barely any. That being said, most of the time it’s pretty good, just this one bad experience and then the next time trying to order to figure out the in between of the 2 bad experiences. I called offering to actually drive to THEIR STIRE to show their manager my bank statement so they could refund me and their manager, Nia, was rude, constantly interrupted me and had a sarcastic tone with me when she attempted poorly to explain to me why regardless of having my bank statement and being able to show proof of being charged twice, she would not refund me. I constantly have issues with this dominos and I'm always extremely friendly and respectful, so to be treated like this by Nia has literally made it impossible for me to ever return to or recommend dominos in Winson to anyone for fear of them taking my money and refusing to return it to me.
