Exspresso's — Restaurant in Winston

So I had given them a great review before, but after the customer service I got today, definitely changed my mind! I had 9 stamps on my stamp card and ordered my kid a drink and my 20oz drink. Card very clearly states up to 20 oz drink free. They told me I could not use the free drink for my drink. I said so I could buy the kids smoothie now, and come back for my free drink? They said yes... that is stupid. Their prices are already very high compared to other shops. I was ok with that because the drinks were tasted so good, but after that I wont be going back. Not like their customer service was great to begin with anyways, the girl who is "assistant manager" has a bad attitude to begin with. She never says a word to you or...

We really like this place. LOVE that there is such a big menu! Such fun options! It's really strange though that the hot drinks are crazy strong but the blended drinks are not strong enough. The staff here is very nice but the owners should have the shop stay open until 6 if business hours are listed as open until 6..... not close early at 540 or so. I had to drive far to get there before closing and they said they were told to break everything down and stop serving early. There aren't a lot of unique stands like this, so pretty please post correct...

Seems like every time i go there its a mixture of bad and good, went there today, and order the usual, before i could say "Add hotshots" she walks away(music is blaring really loud in her work space) so i tried waving her down, hell I even yelled out the car door, even my grandma was participating, the lady was RIGHT next to the window and ignored my grandma pretty much waving her hand through the window, needless to say I was pretty mad lol, more mad than i should have been?
