Lake Shipp Inn — Restaurant in Winter Haven

Decent neighborhood bar. Seems much better than some of the stories I have heard which are all old now. Good service at the bar! And food (Hamburger) was pretty good as well. I was in there in the early evening and the crowd was super friendly and pleasant. You could hear some ribbing, which is on par for a local hangout, between some of the regulars. But really a good bunch of folks. Pricing was a pleasant surprise as well. Especially these days! I think there was one pool table and 2 dart boards. Not sure about other activities, those are what I like. I'll be back, the good...

First time there and the bartender I think her name was Annette... She was horrible!!! Not only was she disrespectful and nasty to us... but was more concerned with talking on her phone and complaining about "snitches" in the bar. .. she needs to find a new career because obviously bartending is not what she needs to be...
