I went through the Drive thru on August 21 and Aug 22. Both days, my order was inaccurate. I ordered 3 donuts on the 21st and left with 9 because they continued to get the order wrong, even after I told them, 3 times. Then, I went through drive thru this morning and was not handed a drink. Upon returning home, I realized I was not given one of the drinks, and I was not provided a receipt to confirm my purchase. After calling the store to leave a complaint about my experience, and my frustration, their female employee hung up on me.I got back in my car and drove to the store and confronted them from the drive thru window. When asked who I spoke to on the phone, all of the associates looked at me in confusion and refused to provide me the number to corporate. These employees are poorly trained and continue to make careless mistakes on customer orders. There also, was no active manager on site at the time either. Read moreHmmmmmn I went to this location this morning. There’s a sign on the door to wear a mask, obviously not enforced because the two customers in front of me did not have them on. When I asked why one of the them started yelling at me and calling me names. Staff said nothing. The customer did not stand behind shield when ordering but stood on the side so I’m thinking open not covered donuts were exposed. One customer did get one from his car. Maybe someone could tell the staff that I have a sister dying in a nursing home that I can’t see because of COVID and I work in an assisted living and I’m trying to protect them, and we already lost a resident due to COVID People if we don’t do our part people will keep dying. Read morethis is probably the worst Dunkin Doughnuts i have ever been to. it might be new and nice but they have the absolute worst coffee, food and customer service. First off, not were they only rude as hell but fought me about giving me two cream cheeses when I already payed for two and they only put one in my bag. Second, they also rolled their eyes at me when asking about the hashbrowns because they were burnt, smashed together, and there were only six. I understand portion control and all but when i took a bite it was AWFUL! they tasted like they have been in the freezer for months. Third, they fought me about making two orders in the drive thru?? never heard of that before. nay fast food restaurant can make more that one order through the drive thru. maybe they just didnt want to do it and it was too much hard work.
