I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming breakfast café, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best ways to start your day. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm aroma of fresh coffee and the friendliest smiles from the staff. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and modern — a great spot whether you’re flying solo with a book or catching up with friends.
The menu offers a delightful variety of breakfast classics and creative twists that make each visit exciting. I tried the avocado toast topped with poached eggs and microgreens, and it was as visually appealing as it was delicious. Their homemade pancakes were fluffy, buttery, and came with a generous side of seasonal berries. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients in every dish.
What stood out to me most was the attention to detail — from the perfectly frothed cappuccino to the warm, flaky croissants that seemed straight from a Parisian bakery. The staff was attentive without being intrusive and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Another big plus is that they offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, making it inclusive for everyone. It’s clear the café cares about health-conscious choices without compromising on flavor or creativity.
Whether you’re looking for a hearty brunch or just a quiet corner and a cup of expertly brewed coffee, this café checks all the boxes. It’s more than just breakfast — it’s a feel-good experience that sets the tone for the rest of your day. I’ll absolutely be returning soon and...
Read moreEdit: They raised their prices and the quality of the coffee went way down. I hesitate to write this because I try to support local, but I'm appalled that I just paid the exact same price (over $5!!) for an americano as they charge for a latte/mocha, and the espresso was as weak as it was. I ordered an americano because their drip coffee has been extremely weak as of late, and somehow the americano was weaker. It also doesn't help that the gentleman often working the counter clearly doesn't want to be there and is borderline rude. I've given this place a couple more chances after they raised their prices, but clearly they made some kind of decision to scam customers by watering down their coffee and jacking up prices to an unreasonable level. It kills me to say it, but I'd rather go to Starbucks because Starbucks is cheaper and the coffee is better. Reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who noticed these changes.
Original: Nice cafe with good coffee and great views. The chairs are uncomfortable so I never stay more than a couple of hours...
Read moreAdriana's makes you want to move to Winthrop, so you can enjoy this amazing place daily. My husband and I finished our long weekend in Massachusetts with a couple hours before our flight, but had already returned our car. We decided to head here with the hopes of killing some time reading with coffee.
We spent three hours here and we were welcomed immediately even with our suitcases in tow. The staff were extremely kind, not just to us but everyone. The type of kindness where they would actually give you the shirt off their back.
The pastries were AH-MAZING, the coffee delicious and the smoothies even better. I only wish we had been hungrier to have had a panini or toast.
The prices are ridiculously cheap. The atmosphere is full of warmth I can only imagine pays tribute to Adriana and who she was a person. It's spacious, friendly for anyone and everyone including your doggo, and the views are peaceful.
Serious one of the best coffee shops I have ever been in anywhere and I can assure you anytime we come to Boston, a stop at Adriana's is on the...
