Let me start that saying that my wife and her family is Guatemalan and we are well accustomed to hispanic food. But this is Absolutely one of the worst restaurants that I have ever been too. If I could give negative stars I would. But the experience Started with the phone call I made to ask if they have Sunday Brunch. The kid on the phone said " No, this is a restaurant ". This should've been my first clue to stay away. But I was driving by anyway so I thought we would stop and check it out. Clue #2 was when we walked in, only 2 table were occupied. We sat down and the waiter, (which I'm suspecting might've been the same person that I spoke with on the phone) asked what we would like to drink. My son ordered a chocolate milk and myself a water. My son didnt like anything that he seen so he justgot a couple pieces of fruit and sat down. I put one of everything on my plate to give it a try. The chicharones were like a piece of fat cut off a pork chop and put on your plate not fried crispy, my egg omelette was still raw and runny, and although Im not sure what the fried potato thing was, I know it wasn't supposed to be so hard it wouldve broked my teeth if I bit it. When I got back to my seat, my son was sitting there with a HOT chocolate, not the chocolate milk that he ordered. I called a different waitress over and explained what he had ordered. She came back a minute later with the first waiter, with ANOTHER hot chocolate.. I told her that he didnt order that, he ordered a chocolate milk. They didnt seem to know what chocolate milk was. Even though the waiter mentioned chocolate milk when we first sat down. At this point I told the wait staff that we were done. My son only ate a couple pieces of fruit and my food was rather gross. They promptly came back with the check for $24.00 all that was eaten was the 4 halves of strawberries and 2 mellon cubes my son ate. I explained once again how bad everything was and the chef came out. He eventually did the right thing and didnt charge. But NEVER AGAIN. ...

UPDATE: We called and did a reservation and asked we could take kids which your team said yes to both! When there and notified we couldn't I informed the owner that while he had 20 years of experience in 1 restaurant I partner with over 200 restaurants and this is not a law, he said call the police and if they say that he is wrong then they will let the minor in, once we did that the entitled daughter said after they said it was ok "we just simply don't want them to go in" so your response is invalid and you're still a himorrible stablishment and even worse human beings!
Napoles restaurant is an absolute nightmare, thanks to the insufferable owner and his overbearing daughter, who seems to think she’s royalty simply because her daddy owns the place. She needs a serious reality check being the offspring of a restaurant owner doesn't equate to having a decent personality.
Our experience went from bad to worse when the owner falsely claimed that minors under 19 are not allowed in the restaurant, despite there being children as young as seven present. We called the police to clarify, and they confirmed that minors can be admitted if accompanied by adults. However, when we handed the phone to the owner's arrogant daughter, she blatantly told the officers they just didn’t want us to enter with the minor, despite us calling ahead and being told it was fine.
To add insult to injury, after we sent our 19-year-old home, they refused to let the rest of our party in, even though we had a reservation and an empty table waiting for us. The cherry on top was them having the audacity to charge us for the drinks we couldn’t even finish.
This entitled family and their run-down restaurant offer the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. They lost a $1,000 tab and gained this very thorough, well-deserved review. Stay far away from...
Read moreI gave an extra star for effort and attentiveness. The atmosphere left a bit to be desired and being able to speak Spanish definitely was helpful. The chef/owner (?) came out to speak with us and explain the dishes (perfect English). The meals were so much more interesting and tasty menu bthan the plain descriptions provided (at first things appeared overpriced). He started us off with accouple of empanadas complimentary to try, which was a very nice gesture. The service was very, very attentive (maybe almost too much) but could only speak Spanish, which wasn't a problem for us, not l but those without Spanish skills may struggle a bit.
Overall I applaud the management for their efforts and encourage them to keep up the good work. Perhaps add more pictures of dishes so people understand what they are getting (as meals are not cheap, though not overly expensive, around $15 average... I didn't try the pasta but maybe a better description would hello justify the $16 price?). Also, I think some lunch specials would go a long way toward drumming up business.
It is a place that if you want to try Columbian food and you are in the area give it a try. If management makes as much effort as they did with us then it will be a very good experience and...
