Dunkin' — Restaurant in Winthrop

I oftentimes have difficulty getting the cashier (at the counter inside, I'm not sure how their drive through staff is, although i know they tend to put more efficient employees on drive through to keep the times down and the line of cars moving) to understand me. At least 3 out of 4 times I go there it's a pain either trying to understand them or get them to understand me. Once i asked if they had any flavored cream cheeses and the poor girl looked more confused than if I had walked in and tried to order a steak dinner. That being said, i have never had them make an order wrong and their coffee is consistently fresh even at off hours when many coffee shops, dunkins included, tend to have coffee that is either stale, burnt or that skillful combination of both. Their breads are always fresh and while the bagels often come toasted a little dark for my tastes, i have never gotten one that comes close to being able to be considered burnt. One last little thing that seems small but can make or ruin my trip to a donut shop, they always bag the donuts mindfully so you don't end up with them all crushed in a corner or your frosting all over the inside of...

Wednesday the 21st, 2025, I came inside and ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel & a chocolate frosted donut. A white lady had made my sandwich but she only toasted the bagel & bacon, btw in the picture that is not cheese, melting. It is something growing off of the bacon. gave me cold slice of cheese & a frozen egg. I had came back later that day to let them know what they did. They acted like it didn't happen, I came thru and specifically asked to have my egg and cheese cooked, they laughed like I was being funny, Even though I showed the manager the egg. Thursday the 22nd of 2025, I ended up getting sick, it's May 29, 2025 and I'm still sick for taking a bite into a frozen egg. I heavenly eat there. But it's gonna be my last time. I ended up getting sick from Food Poisoning. I lost a ton of days of work/weight & still counting. They should do something about that worker, I wonder how many sandwiches she made that day without the thought of asking her manager if she is doing it right. Been to this location a couple times. Order is never correct. The last time I went there it was dead and I sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes no lie or exaggeration. I got a very simple order. Just one iced coffee and a sandwich. The person taking my order could not figure out what I was trying to order and charged me $14 for something that should been $4 at most because I had a free coffee coupon which he got confused at and would not take. Me a customer apparently had more knowledge of the Dunkin menu than him. He really shouldn’t be working with customers he barely spoke English, it seemed that he couldn’t understand it either, but that’s really managements fault though. I recently contacted the store and Dunkin corporate about this event because I never got my order and also still never have gotten my $14 back. Management obviously cares even less than the employees. I would just stay away from this location if you want your order correct and don’t want a headache.
