The girl they got on the phone messes up our order every damn time and I never wanted to bother them and call back to fix my order ALTHOUGH I spend a lot of money with them. I finally decided I spent a lot of money “let me call back maybe the driver has it in his car” and the phone is off the hook.. So, I will share my experience now on reviews since its taken lightly , This is the second time I’ve ordered and they forgot my ranch on the side. I do not care when you order food you order SPECIFCLY for a reason and after spending the money and waiting you EXPECT everything you order I will not eat my wrap ‘once again’ because it was not done the way i paid for it to be done period and the first couple times I asked for WHEAT she had them make WHITE so more money wasted! Normally, I'm a huge fan of the food and the service. Today, unfortunately, I'm not a fan of either. I ordered my Mom's favorites to be delivered to her. She called me to tell me the food she got wasn't good. I called Odyssey to see if they could send her something different. I was told that the policy is that you have to exchange the bad food for the new food. The "bad" food was either partly eaten (because that was her dinner) or in the dumpster. Ordered from here for a long time, food has usually been great. Recently food is not so good. Today I got delivery and it came cold and soggy. I waited nearly an hour for delivery and I live less than a mile away. When calling to complain to the owner I was told I could have the food made again but it would be 45 min. No refund offered, you've just lost my business as a local Winthrop resident. Maybe you should realize your in the customer service business. Cold soggy food doesn't warrant repeat business.
