McDonald's — Restaurant in Womelsdorf

The WORSET SERVICE EVER!!!! I ordered a simple spicy bbq chicken sandwich (should be completely covered in bbq sause on both sides), medium fries, & large sweet tea. Was originally handed a small cup, they had to correct that, and then handed chicken sandwich. Then I pointed out to management this is 100% wrong and showed female manager how the sandwich and container look like it was throw the on the floor before being given to me the customer. Annoyed she agreed and went to give food to customer #219. Bottom bun and top bun were on top of actual chicken which had bbq sause all over the inside container, outside of both top and bottom of buns and onions that were suppose to be on top of chicken where actually underneath chicken sitting inside sandwich container. With no apologies etc with deliberate and distain attitude she ripped the sandwich out of my hand, ordered a new one, and threw the 1st messed up chicken across the kitchen onto the floor. Other customers also stated how shocked they were.

Then I got a 2nd sandwich, market double checked, but obviously wasn't checked either the 1st or 2nd time. The female Manager who wasn't wearing a name tag, and was asked her name, she chose to straight up ignore question directly asked to her face. The female manager has been ignorant to others and I in the past as well and in my opinion does more damage, for McDonald's, then she is worth and...

Food is always good and correct. Only complaint is that it is hit or miss with getting your food quickly here. I've seen it both ways where there is maybe 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru and the wait was seemingly 10+ minutes as well as the drive thru being packed but they are able to get everyone through in 5 or so minutes. Really doesn't make much sense. Either way, I believe they prioritize drive thru orders over inside orders. Once I went inside because the drive thru was backed up. I made my order quickly at the kiosks, and then stood there for 15 minutes until I finally received my order (2 Big Macs) meanwhile I watched as their burger assembly line finished Mac after Mac and they all went to the drive thru customers who i guarantee only made their order after i did. The food was decent but it took over 10 minutes to get an egg and cheese McGriddle and a medium orange juice. I'm used to all-day breakfast items taking a little longer after breakfast hours, but I was there around 930am. Another customer had to ask for his food as he was waiting over 10 minutes also. The employees aren't pleasant at all. One employee was mumbling about how bad some of her fellow employees are, not really professional. This same employee also handed me my food. When she only handed me my sandwich, I reminded her about my OJ. In return, I got an angry, "well, I didn't see that." Okay, so she wasn't checking the orders she was handing out? I understand that job being stressful, but it doesn't look good for the establishment showing that much disdain for both your fellow employee...
