Busanka Restaurant — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

We keep ordering food from this place because it is the only Dominican place around the area, otherwise we would definitely stop ordering from this place a long time ago... I don’t like to give complaints to restaurants because you never know what they can do to your food if they don’t like you or just because, that’s scary, but I don’t care, I’m not planning to continue eating from this place, these people almost all the time make mistakes with your order, you order hot food and gets here cold, if you ask for a soup and they don’t have enough don’t worry they still send it to you completing it with a different soup, the mofongos come with very little amount of meat, I had a conversation with the owner or manager about it and nothing was done. If you ask for white rice and they don’t have enough don’t worry they will send you a different rice with no notice. Also watch out they are charging you gratitude in the bill already.

It’s sad because they have some really good food, like the spicy chicken but they do need to fix those issues...

Personal experience here. I speak Spanish some but understand more than I speak. I walked in behind a lady at 7:12 pm the employee asked her if she had put in a phone order she said no I haven't. Employee asked what she'd like.lady orders and gets food Lady pays. I get to the counter. I ask for a menu in English. Employee says one moment so she could get someone who understands English no problem I waited maybe 30 seconds before another lady tells me they are closed. Mind you door says open till 9pm menu says open till 9pm Google says open till 8pm. Wish I could be giving a review on the food instead of writing about...

We've orderes their cuban sandwiches 2 other times and were pleased. But today's order was horrendous. We were told to wait 25 min after we ordered. When I went to pick up, the owner had said that she had forgotten (not the first time they've forgotten our order). So I agreed to wait the 10-15 min she said it would take (I love cuban sandwiches). After getting home (3 min down the road), sandwiches were a mess, broken, and dry. Both sandwiches had chunks of meat instead of shreds. I bit into mine, and had bit into a chunk of bone that was left behind. Thank goodness my children didn't bite into...
