Man Pole is one stand up guy. The driver side window of my Matrix would not close back up and even though I got there 5 minutes before they close he and his staff worked on it until they got out closed. They didn't have time to tear it open for the 2 hour job it would have taken since we didn't have the parts any way but he was able to lift the window up and tape it shut. For an hour and a half he tried everything he could to get that window to shut but the motor and controller were both bad. And then, he didn't want charge me. I felt like he was thinking about our safety and didn't want us to leave with a wide open window to drive 6 hours in the night in threatening weather. He's a certified Toyota technician and knows all about them. He's very young but he is so mature, caring and knowledgeable. Jason, one of his customers, walked me to a gas station ATM so I could get some cash and waited for me outside to escort me back. I didn't feel right not giving Man Pole something. I was highly recommended to Man Paul to get some suspension work done on my 2020 Supra, and let’s just say that I was very pleased with the work that was done and with my personal experience with doing business with him. He is a real dude. He has very attentive and responsive to my questions and my concerns. He also gave me updates on my car while the car was at his shop. The work was done in a timely fashion.
