Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Woodburn

The employees are awesome. Today I went through the drive through window and the owner (she was quick to let me know she is the owner) was who took my order. Argued with me on how I normally order and receive my food (did not believe me when I told her how i request and receive my food..) When i went back to pick up my order, and told her it would be a while before i came back, if at all, her response was "good". I wasnt happy. I had to ask for my receipt twice as the first time i asked for it, she gave me a grill slip. . I told her her employees make me happy but she needs a lesson in customer service.. She slammed the window in my face.. Rudeness.. I dont want to put any more money into her pocket, doubt i will go back ever. We have Abby's, dominos and...

We pre-ordered our order online around noon today, for pickup at the pizza kiosk around 6:45 to 6:50 pm. We got there at 6:45, and the place was extremely busy. We checked the order tracker online, and said our order was on the oven at 6:30, and getting packaged at 6:40. Finally went in at 6:55 to see if our order was in the kiosk. It wasn't. Waited about 10 more minutes before what looked like my order was placed in the kiosk, but no name appeared on the screen. When I could finally inquire about whose pizza was in the kiosk, it turned out to be ours. And it was getting cold by the time e finally got it in the car. Wow I was shocked at how terrible the service was, Little Caesars has been a long time favorite of mine since I was a kid, but the crazy bread I ordered this time was bland and soggy, it was not anything like what I was used to. The pizza was 4 dollars more expensive than I have seen before and tasted NOT FRESHLY MADE. On top of all that, the girl at the registwr was grumpy and hostile, I even gave her a 15% tip! I had asked for the red dipping sauce for my bread sticks, and she gave me a cup that was 25% full! This really put me off, and I can no longer justify going here after this terrible experience.
