Wheeler Dealer — Local services in Woodburn

I like coming here however today in Woodburn, I was surprised at how horrible a cashier/supervisor behaved against a quiet Hispanic man. I was behind him and he told the cashier 1 item would be separate from the rest. The cashier ran it all together. When the man with his young son said "oh pardon but this item is separated I need a separate receipt" the cashier didn't knw what to do so the call this young lady who was clearly upset because she was on her break. She was annoyed and got upset saying it was stupid to do 2 seperate receipts. The man was calmed the whole time and he tried to explain it was his employer that wanted it to be done that way. She calls someone on the phone and stated the man is being very rude and demanding. While the whole time it was her yelling!! I even told her that it wasn't true that he wasn't being rude, she glared at me. I told her that I would give her the money just so she can ring it up and she could keep the money. The man said no because if he accepted my offer this women would be rude a prejudice against some else. Indeed she made it complicated than it was. All of this is happening as Christian music is playing in the background. Ironically she was yelling at the customer while the song Jesus is love was playing! I wish I would of knwn her name, she is blond with curly hair to you my dear I say if you don't like people of all RACES, LANGUAGES ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS and RELIGIONS than don't work in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This place is relatively cheap but it also has pretty much nothing but cheaply made products that don't last very long. They do have stuff like Dewalt tools and power tools. They seem to lock up really cheap stuff and not lock up mire expensive stuff and uts hard to get an employee, which always seem to be bothered by having to help out with unlocking the cases. They are quite friendly otherwise. Always have had a great experience here and since I always carry a backpack with me they don't force me to carry it with me and store it in a spot that I'm comfortable with...

Sooooo much selection!!! Have to check this place out on a regular basis cause they've always got something new coming in and it's always worth the price. I'm adding to this 5-29-23, the staff has been very helpful. I am disabled. They've helped me several times, when they have the staff on hand to accommodate. I'm rarely in a hurry so it works for me. Don't come in here with a few minutes to look around for sure because you could spend two hours there and keep finding new, interesting, or extremely good deals. They definitely could add a second floor to the place...
