Two old and not beautiful š women are sitting in the receiving office and talking harshly to the drivers from 5 am! I arrived yesterday at 5 pm they told me that they were closed and I asked the driver who works inside this warehouse if it was possible to park inside, to which he answered āYESā, I did not see signs about no overnight parking & no security on guard check & no gate although There is so much parking available inside. So, dear fellow truck drivers, get ready for the fact that your mood will be spoiled for the whole day in the morning and your delivery may be delayed for the whole day! I wanted to talk to the boss of these two old women and asked to call him, but they said that he was not thereš and out of fear they changed their conversation tacticsš changed their tone and even started using words like (please & I'm sorry)š although they had been talking before rude and without respect! as soon as you answer them as they deserve it, their eyes become square and their already scary faces look as if they are surprisedš they told me that I can no longer deliver goods hereš oh, what a pity I would like to come here again and delivering cargo is my dream since childhood š
the management of this company should read the reviews and take into account the opinions of many people who are dissatisfied with this company and that its rating is falling, I personally will talk to my company so that they never take my cargo to this place, I am sure that many drivers and their companies refuse to go here , who will deliver the goods to you and at the same time endure disrespectful treatment? take action and replace at least these two old women with more respectful staff who not only know how to work but also communicate like people..., thank...

So your truck will be in line and you will not interact with the security shack there's nobody there ...you park at the front of the line take your paperwork over to the building while your truck is still sitting there in line. Receiving is not far away but it's there on your right in the building.
I've been here for 4 hours and 20 minutes and I don't even know what my lumper fee is yet. Most of the trucks that came in with me are still here. I called into the front desk and they have nothing to say. They transferred me to a supervisor and I got voicemail. I've been to US food all over the country and I've never had something like this happen usually it's about 2 hours everywhere else. This is my first time coming here so I don't know if this is normal or not.
What's worse is I have two other stops not even 1/3 of this load belongs to them. So essentially it's going to take them no less than 5 hours to unload 1/3 of a truck.
Update: it's now been just short of 6 hours still no word on lumper fees or anything else. Front office is still saying that they're just busy. Looks to me like they over scheduled and it's...
