I arrived at 846a for my 10a appt. I got lucky.. **ARRIVE 1 HOUR BEFORE APPT and YOU MUST BE AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE TO CHECK IN** You put the folder they give you in the back of your trailer once you break your seal and add red glad hand to air hose as instructed. **PLEASE CHUCK YOUR TIRES TO AVOID 150.00 FEE** Lumper folks will come out to discuss payment options if you have a lumper fee. Be sure to let know if you need a RECEIPT because all paperwork will be in an envelope once they are done and come to remove glad hand lock and give green lighr to leave. Office will NOT provide Bills, so again advise lumper at that time. They began unloading me at 916a. The lumper person came at 936a. I had bills in hand by 1040a. *There is no OVERNIGHT PARKING but there are a few TRUCKSTOPS prior to arrival not too far away* Ty US Foods.

Arrived at 9:50 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment. Be at the front of the line to check in—this is key to getting in and out smoothly. After check-in, they give you a folder. Once you break your seal, place the folder in the back of your trailer and attach the red glad hand lock as instructed. If there’s a lumper fee, someone will come to discuss payment. Need a receipt? Speak up then because once unloading is done, paperwork will be in an envelope. They’ll remove the glad hand lock and signal you’re good to go. The office does NOT provide bills, so confirm with the lumper. They started unloading at 10:10 AM. Lumper came around 10:35 AM. Bills were in hand by 10:55 AM. No overnight parking here, but there are truck stops nearby. Don’t forget to chock your tires! Skipping this can cost you a $150 fee.

Update: They must have seen the reviews as they took much less time to unload, the security guy was awesome, was in the door immediately. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is due to the concrete barriers of doom are still there. Got into a door relatively quickly. The west dock has crooked concrete barriers that look like quite a few have hit given how they jut out so be careful. Debris from people's busted headlights & bumpers from these barriers scattered in front of them. The lumpers here will not unload you until you have a comchek code. After that they take very long and act as they no longer understand english. Plan on being here for a few hours.

Two old and not beautiful šŸ˜‚ women are sitting in the receiving office and talking harshly to the drivers from 5 am! I arrived yesterday at 5 pm they told me that they were closed and I asked the driver who works inside this warehouse if it was possible to park inside, to which he answered ā€œYESā€, I did not see signs about no overnight parking & no security on guard check & no gate although There is so much parking available inside. So, dear fellow truck drivers, get ready for the fact that your mood will be spoiled for the whole day in the morning and your delivery may be delayed for the whole day! I wanted to talk to the boss of these two old women and asked to call him, but they said that he was not therešŸ˜‚ and out of fear they changed their conversation tacticsšŸ˜‚ changed their tone and even started using words like (please & I'm sorry)šŸ˜‚ although they had been talking before rude and without respect! as soon as you answer them as they deserve it, their eyes become square and their already scary faces look as if they are surprisedšŸ˜‚ they told me that I can no longer deliver goods herešŸ˜‚ oh, what a pity I would like to come here again and delivering cargo is my dream since childhood šŸ˜‚

the management of this company should read the reviews and take into account the opinions of many people who are dissatisfied with this company and that its rating is falling, I personally will talk to my company so that they never take my cargo to this place, I am sure that many drivers and their companies refuse to go here , who will deliver the goods to you and at the same time endure disrespectful treatment? take action and replace at least these two old women with more respectful staff who not only know how to work but also communicate like people..., thank...

Let’s start from Entry,, if ur here For Early morning Appointment u will be welcomed by #Old_School_Guard, If ur coming here regularly then u will go easy but first time hard to understand his instructions, actually his way of talking Nd behavior made everything hard Nd messy.. šŸ‘šŸŒ¹ Still have respect for him Nd everyone,, when first time I came here I parked Behind trucks already parked Nd sleep,Guard came here Nd we checked in at 4 am, I said Good morning,.... He said nothing bad , He just bark Twice nd He shouts.., First I didn’t understand,.. That was Shocking nd sad as well... Why u parked here ..., u not suppose to park Bla bla.. I was expecting Good start of day But he ruined,, I said I apologize I’m first time here nd 2 trucks was already there so I also parked for 2.5 hours.... I bet what happened to me , if similar situation Came on any Mexican Guy or any African American Driver they will teach him how to misbehave with Someone who was really good with u... Ok Then very rudely he ask me to fill papers, I did Nd while talking I never use one single bad word or on high volume,, It’s ok he looks 65 + , nd we don’t know at this time who is going though hard time with so many things in life… patience, don’t know what kind of problems he faced in life Nd why he is still working,, Don’t know we lived that much or not ā€¦šŸ™ God...

So now I'm understanding why they keep emphasizing being at the front of the line even though every place requires you to be at the front of the line to check in. So your truck will be in line and you will not interact with the security shack there's nobody there ...you park at the front of the line take your paperwork over to the building while your truck is still sitting there in line. Receiving is not far away but it's there on your right in the building.

I've been here for 4 hours and 20 minutes and I don't even know what my lumper fee is yet. Most of the trucks that came in with me are still here. I called into the front desk and they have nothing to say. They transferred me to a supervisor and I got voicemail. I've been to US food all over the country and I've never had something like this happen usually it's about 2 hours everywhere else. This is my first time coming here so I don't know if this is normal or not.

What's worse is I have two other stops not even 1/3 of this load belongs to them. So essentially it's going to take them no less than 5 hours to unload 1/3 of a truck.

Update: it's now been just short of 6 hours still no word on lumper fees or anything else. Front office is still saying that they're just busy. Looks to me like they over scheduled and it's...
